ISO 9001:2008 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi uygulamalarının eğitim kurumları kalitesine etkisi

Abstract

Bir kurum veya örgütün etkin ve verimli şekilde çalışmasını sağlamak için hesap verilebilir, denetlenebilir kılınması gerekir. Kurum veya kuruluş, sürekli iyileştirme sistemi üzerine yönelik bir yönetim sistemi kurar ve bunu sürdürürse başarıyı yakalamaması için hiçbir sebep yoktur. Bu araştırma ISO 9001:2008 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi uygulamalarının eğitim kurumlarına etkisini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma yapılırken konuyla ilgili yazılan eserler incelenmiş ISO 9001:2008 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi sertifikası almış okullardaki yönetici, öğretmen ve diğer çalışanlarla anketler yapılmıştır. Konunun daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için bu çok sayıdaki bilgiden araştırmanın amacını ve özünü bozmayacak şekilde değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Araştırma İstanbul ili Kadıköy, Çekmeköy ve Sultanbeyli ilçelerinde ISO 9001:2008 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi belgesi almış okullarda görev yapan toplam 100 yönetici, öğretmen ve diğer çalışanlar üzerinde 01.09.2014 – 10.09.2014 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma için toplanan veriler SPSS paket program kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Anket 47 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada, ISO 9001:2008 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi sertifikası almış okullarda görev yapan yönetici, öğretmen ve diğer çalışanların yaş, cinsiyet, okuldaki görevi, daha önce ISO 9001:2008 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi sertifikası almış bir okulda çalışıp çalışmadığı, toplam çalışma süresi, ISO 9001:2008 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi Belgesi almış okuldaki çalışma süresi gibi değerler incelenmiştir. An organization or organization needs to be accountable and auditable to ensure that it operates effectively and efficiently. The institution or organization establishes a management system for the continuous improvement system, and if it continues, there is no reason not to achieve success.This research was conducted to determine the effects of ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System applications on educational institutions.In the course of the research, the works written about the subject were examined and the questionnaires were conducted with the managers, teachers and other employees in the schools that have received the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System certificate. In order for the subject to be better understood, it has been done to evaluate the purpose of this large number of informants' researches and not to distort the essence.The research was carried out between 01.09.2014 and 10.09.2014 on a total of 100 administrators, teachers and other employees working in the schools that have received ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System certificates in the provinces of Kadikoy, Çekmeköy and Sultanbeyli. Data collected for the study were analyzed using SPSS package program. The questionnaire consists of 47 questions.The survey was conducted in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System certification, the number of executives, teachers and other employees working in schools, whether they are working in a school that has received ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System certification, Values such as the study period of the school that received the 2008 Quality Management System Certificate were examined.
