İşaret sistemlerinde üç boyutlu tipografi ve çevresel uygulamalar

Abstract

Yazı ve üç boyut ilişkisi, yazının icadından beri süregelen bir serüvendir. Eski dönemlerde kil tabletlere kazınan yazılar veya mermer sütunlara oyulan harfler ile başlayan süreçte, yazı işlendiği üç boyutlu zemine bir derinlik daha katarken, matbaanın bulunmasıyla bu süreç tersine dönmüş ve bu sefer de üç boyutlu metal döküm harfler iki boyutlu yüzeylere hayat vermiştir. Yıllar boyunca tipografi ve üç boyut arasındaki ilişki sonsuz bir devinimle devam etmektedir.Bir işaret tasarımında, tipografinin üç boyutlu olması dikkatimizi çekip, bizi ilk bakışta yakalayabilir, bizi sarmalayıp ve eğlendirebilir. The relationship between type and three dimension is an adventure lasting since from the invention of writing. While writing gave more depth to the three dimensional background with the beginning process of incised writings to clay tablets or engraved letters to the marble columns in ancient times, with the invention of printing, this process became reversed and this time three dimensional metal cast letters gave life to their two dimensional backgrounds. The relationship between typography and three dimension is lasting with the endless mobility over the years.Being typography three dimensinal in a signage design can attrack our attention, can be eye catching at first sight, can wrap us and entertain us.
