Uçak motorlarından kaynaklanan gürültünün çevre yerleşim birimlerine olan etkisi

Abstract

UÇAK MOTORLARINDAN KAYNAKLANAN GÜRÜLTÜNÜN ÇEVRE YERLEŞİM BİRİMLERİNE OLAN ETKİSİ (YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ) REHA ERHAN GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ OCAK 1996 ÖZ `Uçak Motorlarından Kaynaklanan Gürültününü Çevre Yerleşim Birimlerine Olan Etkisi` üzerinde Esenboğa Hava Limanında yapılan deneysel çalışmalar sonucunda, uçakların yaymış oldukları rahatsız edici düzeydeki gürültüler için alt ve üst limitler tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma konusu olan uçak motoru gürültüsü CRL700 gürültü ölçüm cihazı kullanılarak kayıt edilmek istenmiştir. Gürültü halkalarından etkilenen yerleşim birimlerinde hissedilen gürültü şiddetinin zamana bağlı olarak azalan ve çoğalan bir durum meydana getirmesi sağlıklı ölçüm yapılmasını engellemiştir. Bu veriler ışığında, Kurtze G., Schmidth H., Westphal W., Pysik und Technik der Lârmberkâpfung Deutschland, 1988 adlı eserdeki yapılmış olan ölçümlerin Esenboğa iniş ve kalkış pistine aplikasyonu sağlanmıştır. Aplikasyon çalışması sonucunda Yenice Köyü ve Esenboğa köyünün maruz kaldıkları rahatsız edici düzeydeki gürültü, gürültü merkezlerinin genişlemeleri ve teknik planlamaları açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Gürültünün her iki köyde de yaşayan insanların üzerindeki olumsuz etkileri araştırılmıştır. Gürültü ile sağlık ve konfor arasında ilişki kurularak kişilere sorular yöneltilip cevaplar alınmıştır. Uçak sayışırım aylara göre değişiklik gösterdiği, 1994 ve 1995 yıllarına ait tablolarda yer almıştır. Yenice ve Esenboğa Köyleri ile ilgili rahatsız edici düzeydeki gürültüler desibel cinsinden tabloda belirtilmiştir. Mevcut kuruluşlara gürültüyü önlemek ve tedbir almakla ilgili yükümlülükler verildiği anlatılıp Başbakanlık Çevre Müsteşarlığı 'nın yayınladığı gürültü kontrol yönetmeliğine bağlı kalınarak diğer gelişmiş ülkelerdeki mevcut uygulamalar karşılaştırılmıştır. Tez çalışması sonucunda elde ettiğimiz bilgiler doğrultusunda yetersiz kalan korunma ve koruma tedbirlerine çözüm olarak bir takım öneriler sunulmuştur. THE EFFECT OF THE NOISE CAUSED BY AIRCRAFT MOTORS ON THE RESIDENTIALS AROUND THE AIRPORT Thesis for the Degree of Master of Sciences by Reha ERHAN GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY January, 1996 ABSTRACT As a result of a series of experimental studies held over Esenboğa airport on `The Effect Of The Noise Caused By Aircraft Motors On The Residentials Around The Airport` the top and bottom limits were tried to be determined for the disturbing noice levels caused by the aircrafts. The noise updated from the aircraft motors was intended to be measured employing a CRL700 noise measuring device and subsequently recorded. The noise intensity felt by the residentials which are directly subject to noise waves have led a fluctuating situation and therefore a healthy and accurate measurement could not be obtained. Based on the data provided, the application of the measurements previously recorded in `Pysik und Technik der Lârmberkâpfung Deutschland`, introduced in 1988 by Kurtze G., Schmidth H. and Westphal W. have been applied over the take-off and landing terminals of Esenboğa Airport. At the end of the application work performed, the noice level in a disturbing manner that the Yenice and Esenboğa Villages directly suffer was evaluated from the aspects of noice center expansions and technical plans drafted out. Also a research was conducted on the people living in both of the villages. Interviews were held with the residents through asking them questions with correlation to the aspects of health and comfort. The changes in the number of aircrafts have also been studied compared to years in the Tables that cover the data of 1994 and 1995. The disturbing noice levels have been indicated in the table in terms of dBs concerning the Yenice and Esenboğa villages. The allied companies have been informed on the measures to be taken from their side in order to prevent the noise caused by aircraft motors together with their responsibilities on the issue and the existing applications promulgated and followed by in broader states have been compared to that of local ones based on the Noise Control Regulations issued by the Environment Undersecretariat attached to the Premiership. In accordance with the data obtained as a result of this study, some ideas have been put forth as solutions to the insufficient protection and protective measures currently exist.
