Abstract

KENTLERDE HIZLI BÜYÜMENİN GETİRDİĞİ SORUNLARİN KONUTA VE MEKANSAL YAŞANTIYA ETKİSİ, GAZİANTEP ÖRNEĞİ (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Cemil ÖZİNAN GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ EYLÜL 1997 ÖZET Konutlar yaşayanların eylemlerine ve bu eylemleri yapış şekillerine göre biçimlenmektedir. İnsanların eylem ve davranışları ise, üyesi oldukları toplumların değer yargılarına göre oluşmaktadır. Bunun sonucu olarak konut tasarımlarında toplumsal yapı ve bu yapıdaki değişimler belirleyici rol oynamaktadır. `Kentlerde Hızlı Büyümenin Getirdiği Sorunların Konuta ve Mekansal Yaşantıya Etkisi, Gaziantep Örneği` konulu bu çalışmada; kentleşme ile birlikte sosyal yapı değişimi, konut tasarımların yansıması ve sosyal yapı-mimari ürün arasındaki uyumsuzlukların giderilmesi için neler yapılması gerektiği araştırılmıştır. Kentleşmenin, sosyal yapı değişiminin, konut yapıları üzerinde etkileri ve konut kullanıcıların ihtiyaçları (seçenekleri) değerlendirilerek mekan kullanımındaki etkileri ortaya konmuştur. Yapılan araştırma ve incelemeler sonucunda tespit edilen, ülkemizdeki konut tasarımını etkileyen tüm faktör açıklanarak konut tasarımlarında izlenmesi gereken yaklaşımlar hakkında öneriler getirilmiştir. Thesis) Cemil ÖZİNAN GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY September 1997 ABSTRACT The residences are constructed (shaped) depending on the actions and the way these actions are done by the inhabitants. People's actions and behaviours are formed according to the values of the society which they are a member of. As a result of this, social structure and the changes in this structure have a great role in residential planning. In this study called: `The Problems Ejecting The Residences & Residential Life in Rapid Growing Cities; Gaziantep Example : `the reflection of social-structural changes with urbanisation to residential planning and what should be done to prevent the discord between social structure and architectural product are investigated. The effects of urbanisation and socio-stuctural changes to residential planning are searched and by considering the people's needs, the effects to residential life are put forward. Due to the researches and investigations, by explaining all the factors that effect the residential planning in our country, suggestions are given about the ways that should be followed in this area.
