Abstract
The computer-aided design of the motion and the magnetic suspension systems of the train has been prepared using the Gemini simulation program. The length of the railway, on which the prototype travels is 200 cm, and the weight of the train is 7900g. The speed of the prototype was achieved as 40 cm/sec. Also the stable magnetic suspension distance between the prototype and the rail was adjusted as 2 mm. The results of the simulation and the application agreed to each other by an error of ± 4%. Since the design is a prototype, most of the problems related to the sensitivity to mechanically working have been achieved.
