Abstract

OFSET BASKININ SERAMİK ÜRÜNLERE UYGULANMASI (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) İlhan KAHYA GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Mayıs 2002 ÖZET Günümüzde seramik eşya üretiminde yapılan süslemeye yönelik uygulamalar mamulün görünüm açısından estetik değer kazanması, parçalara kendi renk ve biçimleri ötesinde yeni anlatımlar sağlanması ve ekonomik etkenler nedeniyle ticari değerinin yükseltilmesi amacıyla yapılır. Ofset baskının seramik ürünlere uygulanması ile, seri üretimlerde diğer dekorlama yöntemlerine göre daha az bir maliyet çıkarılabilir. Ofset baskı ile yapılan seri üretimler hız, renk zenginliği, kalite, basım kolaylığı ve ekonomiklik sağlayacaktır. Bu çalışmada baskı, baskı sistemleri, seramik, seramik süsleme teknikleri hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve ofset baskının seramik ürün üzerine uygulanabilirliği araştırılmıştır. Konuyla ilgili teorik bilgiler verilmiş; ofset baskının seramik yüzeylere uygulanabileceği birbirine bağlantılı olarak tasarlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Thesis) İlhan KAHYA GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECNOLOGY May 2002 ABSTRACT Todays, the aims of the decorative oriented applications in the productions of ceramic goods are goods gain esthetic value as their appearance, items get different meanings behind their own colors and shapes, and their commercial values rice because of economical reasons. By the applications of offset printing to ceramic products, mass productions may be cast less then the other methods of decorations. The mass productions with offset printing provider speed, richness in color, quality, easy printing and is economic. In this study, the informations about printing, printing systems, ceramic, the techniques of ceramics decoration are given and the feasibility of offset printing, which on ceramic products are studied. The theoretical knowedge about the subject is mentioned and the feasibility of offset printing on ceramics is tried to plan.
