Abstract

OFİS MEKANLARININ ORGANİZASYONUNA YÖNELİK ERGONOMİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Umut ÇETİN GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Haziran 2003 ÖZET Bu çalışmanın amacı, mevcut ofis mekanlarının, sosyal, kültürel ve teknolojik gelişmeler karşısında, kullanıcıların çağdaş yaşam koşullarına uygun olup, olmadığını tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla, Ankara'nın Söğütözü bölgesinde bulunan Halk Bankası Genel Müdürlüğü Binası, Atatürk Bulvarı üzerinde bulunan İş Bankası Genel Müdürlüğü Binası ve Esenboğa yolu üzerinde bulunan Doğan Printing Center Binası araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Bu araştırmada veriler, yetkili ve personele yönelik hazırlanmış olan ayrıntılı bir anket yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Bu maksatla, ofis mekanlarının karakteristik özellikleri işyeri anketine işaretlenmiş ve mekanların fotoğrafları çekilmiştir. Sonuçta, ofis mekanlarının karakteristik özellikleri ile kullanıcıların istek ve gereksinimleri belirlenmiş olup; çözüm önerileri geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. AN ERGONOMIC STUDY DEVOTED TO THE ORGANIZATION OF THE OFFICE ( Master of Science) Umut ÇETİN GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY June 2003 ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to determine whether the present Office space is convenience for the users' modern life conditions under effects of social, cultural and technological developments. For this purpose, Principle Directorate of Halk Bank in Söğütözü, Principle Directorate Building of İş Bank on Atatiirk's Boulevard and Doğan Printing Center Building on Esenboğa motorway in Ankara were included in this study. Data of the study was collected by the detailed questionnaire prepared for the authorized and the staff. Therefore, the characteristics of the offices were marked on the office questionnaire and the places were photographed. As a conclusion, the characteristics of the Office and demands and needs of the users were determined and suggestions were tried to be developed as solutions.
