Ahşap çatı makaslarının düğüm noktalarında ön ahşap uzunluğun deneysel yöntemle tayini

Abstract

Bu çalısmada, ikinci sınıf sarıçam agacından hazırlanan tek disli birlestirmedeön ahsap uzunlugunun makaslama gerilmesine etkisi arastırılmıstır. Deney, TS2470'e göre gerçek boyutları 1/5 oranında küçülterek ebatları ; 30*50*170 mmve ön ahsap uzunlugu 50mm den 10 adet, 30*50*170 mm ve ön ahsap uzunlugu40 mm' den 10 adet, 30*50*170 mm ve ön ahsap uzunlugu 30mm' den 10 adetgergi kirisi, 30*30*145 mm' dan 30 adet yanlama numuneleri üzerindeyapılmıstır. Numuneler deneye tabi tutulmustur.Sonuç olarak deneysel yöntemle kesme gerilmesi belirlenmis, gerekli ön ahsapuzunlugu bulunmustur.

In this study front wood length?s affect to the shearing stretching at singlegeared assembly prepared from second class scotch pine was searched.Experiment was carried out on 10 pieces stretcher entrance which have30*50*170 mm dimensions and 50 mm front wood length, 10 pieces stretcherentrance which have 30*50*170 mm dimensions and 40 mm front woodlenght,10 pieces stretcher entrance which have 30*50*170 mm dimensions and30 mm front wood length and 30 pieces sideway samples which have30*30*145 mm dimensions by miniaturizing 1/5 their real dimensions inaccordance with TS 2470. Samples are subject to experiment.As a result cutting stretching was determined with experimental method,required front wood length was found.
