Abstract
o-,m-,p-sübstitüe anilinler ile diazonyum tuzu hazırlanmıs, hazırlanandiazonyum tuzu 3-aminokrotonitril ile kenetlenerek 3-Amino-2-(sübstitüefenilazo)but-2-ennitril elde edilmistir. Ürün hidrazin monohidratlaetkilestirilerek halka kapanması saglanmıs ve 4-(sübstitüe fenilazo)-5-metil-2Hpirazol-3-ilamin elde edilmistir. Bilesik yeniden diazolanmıs ve 1,3-indandionlakenetlenerek 2-[5-Metil-4-(sübstitüe fenilazo)-2H-pirazol-3-ilazo]-1,3-indandionelde edilmistir. Elde edilen bilesiklerin yapıları H-NMR spektrumu, KütleSprektrumu (MS) ve FT-IR ile tayin edilmistir. Ayrıca bilesiklerin UV-GBspektrumları üzerine derisim, çözücü, asit ve bazik ortamın etkisi incelenmistir. Diazonium salts were prepared with the use of o-,m-,p-substituted anilines and 3-amino-2-phenylazo-but-2-enenitrile was prepared by the coupling reaction ofdiazonium salts with 3-amino-but-2-enenitrile and finally 5-methyl-4-phenylazo-2H-pyrazol-3-ylamine was obtained by the ring close of this compound withhydrazine monohydrate. The diazonium salts of these compounds were preparedagain and 2-(5-methyl-4-phenylazo-2H-pyrazol-3-ylazo)-1,3-indanedione wasprepared by the coupling of 1,3-indanedione at 2-position. The structures of theproducts synthesized were elucidated by H-NMR, MS and FT-IR spectra. Theeffects of solvent, concentration and acid-base on absorption spectra of thecompounds were also investigated.
