U biçimli alternatifler için bir test istatistiği önerisi ve karşılaştırmaları

Abstract

İkiden fazla bağımsız örneklerin seçildiği yığınların konum parametrelerinin eşitliği ile ilgili yokluk hipotezinin testi için kullanılan parametrik test tek faktörlü varyans analizi olarak bilinen F testidir. Bazı durumlarda eldeki mevcut verinin yapısı U biçimli alternatiflere uygun olabilir. Bu alternatifler için Abebe - Singh T_r test istatistiğini önermişlerdir. Bu çalışmada U Biçimli Alternatifler için Wilcoxon işaretli sıra sayıları test istatistiğine dayalı yeni bir test istatistiği önerilmiştir. Önerilen test istatistiği ve Abebe - Singh T_r test istatistiği ile aynı veri üzerinde sayısal bir örnek yapılmıştır. Bu iki test istatistiği farklı parametreli üstel, weibull ve normal dağılımdan rastgele sayılar üretilerek deneysel I. tip hata ve testin gücü değerleri bakımından kıyaslanmıştır.

One-way analysis of variance is used to compare means of two or more samples and known as ?F test?. Sometimes, the data structure is appropriate for U-Shaped Alternatives. Abebe - Singh T_r test statistic is proposed for this alternatives. In this study, a new test statistic is proposed for U-Shaped Alternatives which is based on Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. A numerical example is made with same data for both proposed test statistic and Abebe - Singh T_r test statistic. Afterwards these test statistics are compared according to their empirical type I error rates and power of by generating random numbers from exponential, weibull and normal distribution with different parametres.
