Göç olgusunun mekansal olanaklarını Deleuze ve Guattari`nin kavramları üzerinden okumak

Abstract

Teknolojik gelişmelerle birlikte şekil değiştiren mekân ve hareket kavramları, küreselleşmenin de sağlamış olduğu hızla sürekli bir evrim halindedir. Günümüzde oldukça büyük bir artış gösteren göç hareketliliği, mekân ve özne arasındaki etkileşimin hız kazanmasına ve dönüşümlerin açık bir şekilde gözlemlenebilmesine imkân sağlamaktadır. Göç hareketlerinin neden ve sonuçları incelendiğinde ekonomik, siyasi ve sosyolojik birçok dinamiğin etkileşim içinde olduğu görülmektedir. Ancak bu etkileşimli süreç sırasında genellikle göz ardı edilen göçün mekânsal boyutu da oldukça önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, göç olgusu hareket ve mekân kavramlarıyla felsefi, sosyolojik ve psikolojik olarak incelenmiştir ve kuramsal olarak Guattari ve Deleuze'ün kavramlarıyla ilişkisi sorgulanarak potansiyel olanaklar alanı bulunmaya çalışılmıştır. Söz konusu kavramlar arasındaki ilişkiler ağı sayesinde, göç olgusu mekânsal olarak sorgulamaya açılmıştır. Böylece, göçmen, göçebe ve mülteci oluş durumlarının barındırdığı potansiyellerle mekân ve kent olgusunun bilinen yerleşik kodları yüzleştirilerek, karşılıklı dönüşümü sağlayan mekânsal olanaklar alanın ortaya çıkarılması hedeflenmiştir.

The concepts of space and movement that changes shape together with technological developments are rapidly becoming a constant evolution that globalization has also provided. The immigration movement, which has increased considerably today, allows the interaction between the space and the subject to gain momentum and the transformations to be observed clearly. When the causes and the consequences of migratory movements are examined, it can be seen that economic, political and sociological interaction is an active part of many dynamics. However, the spatial dimension of migration, which is often ignored during this interactive process, is also very important. In this study, the phenomenon of migration has been studied philosophically, sociologically and psychologically with the concepts of movement and space, and a potential area of possibilities has been tried to be found by questioning the relations with the concepts of Guattari and Deleuze theoretically. Thanks to the network of relations between these concepts, the phenomenon of immigration has been spatially interrogated. Thus, the thesis is aimed to reveal the spatial possibilities area that allows for mutual transformation by confronting the known stationary codes of the space and the urban phenomenon with the possibilities of immigrant, nomadic and refugee situations.
