Bazı atdişi hibrid mısır (Zea mays L.) genotiplerinin silaj verim ve kalite özelliklerinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Araştırma, 2015-2016 yetiştirme döneminde Bergama, Manisa ve Konya ekolojik koşullarında Polen Tohumculuk Ltd. Şti. tarafından geliştirilmiş olan 9 at dişi tek melez ve 3 standart çeşit olmak üzere toplam 12 mısır genotipi ile tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 3 tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür.Araştırmada kullanılan at dişi mısır genotiplerinin bitki boyu 325.0 cm ile 368.9 cm arasında, sap çapı 25.1 mm ile 27 mm arasında, koçan ağırlığı 336.4 g ile 363 g arasında, sap ağırlığı 417.9 g ile 489.6 g arasında, yaprak sayısı 14.9 ile 16.7 adet arasında, yaprak ağırlığı 201 g ile 171 g arasında, parseldeki koçan sayısı 65,8 adet ile 62,6 adet arasında, ilk koçan yüksekliği 123.3 cm ile 164.4 cm arasında, yeşil ot verimi 9270.3 g ile 8412.1 g arasında, kuru madde verimi 2411.6 g ile 2910.7 g arasında, kuru madde oranı %28,2 ile %32,3 arasında, ham kül oranı %6.2 ile %9.4 arasında, ADF %19,3 ile %26,8 arasında ve NDF %36,2 ile %45,6 arasında ve ham protein oranı %7.4 ile %8.8 arasında değişmiştir.Buna göre PL3145, PL2914 ve PL2948 çeşitleri verim ve kalite yönünden Bergama, Manisa ve Konya ekolojik şartlarında yetiştirilebilecek uygun silaj mısır çeşit adayları olarak ön plana çıkmıştır.

The study was carried out with a total of 12 dent corn genotypes including 9 single hybrid lines developed by Polen Tohumculuk Ltd. Şti. and 3 standard varieties as a randomized complete block design with 3 replications during 2015-2016 growing season in Bergama, Manisa and Konya locations.The averages of the dent corn genotypes examined, ranged from 325.0 cm to 368.9 cm for plant height, ranged from 25.1 mm to 27 mm for stem diameter, ranged from 336.4 g to 363 g for ear weight, ranged from 417.9 g to 489.6 g for stem weight, ranged from 14.9 to 16.7 unit for number of leaves per plant, ranged from 201 g to 171 g for leaves weight per plant, ranged from 65,8 adet to 62,6 unit for number of ear per plot, ranged from 123.3 cm to 164.4 cm for first ear height, ranged from 9270.3 g to 8412.1 g for green forage yield, ranged from 2411.6 g to 2910.7 g for dry matter yield, ranged from %28,2 to %32,3 for dry matter ratio, ranged from %6.2 to %9.4 for crude ash ratio, ranged from %19,3 to %26,8 for ADF, ranged from %36,2 to %45,6 for NDF and ranged from %7.4 to %8.8 for crude protein ratio, respectively.In the light of the evaluation of silage yield and quality characteristics, PL3145, PL2914 ve PL2948 single hybrid were found to be high performance and appropriate and to be grown in Bergama, Manisa and Konya ecological conditions compared to other lines and standarts
