Sanayi üretiminin çağdaş resme yansımaları

Abstract

Sanayi devriminden günümüze hem siyasal hem de kültürel açıdan inanılmaz değişiklikler yaşanmıştır. Bu değişimlerin bizim açımızdan en önemli olanı elbette sanat alanındaki gelişmelerdir. Her geçen gün yeni bir icadın karşımıza çıktığı bu dönemde insanoğlunun zaman içinde almış olduğu teknolojik ilerlemelere koşut kültürel, sanatsal ve ekonomik bir yaşam biçimi oluşturduğuna tanıklık etmekteyiz. 18. ve 19. yy' da yaşamı biçimlendirmeye başlayan sanayi devrimi hareketiyle birlikte, zamanının sanat akımları dahil her şeyi içine alan bir girdap oluşturduğu gözlenir.Eğitimini elektrik alanında almış biri olarak devasa makinelerin çalışma prensiplerine hayranlık duyan ve bizlere hizmet eden, kimilerine göre ise sadece bir metal yığını olarak görülen bu evrim geçirmiş nesnelerin, resimsel duruşundan etkilendim ve faydalanmak istedim. Bu endüstri ürünlerini resimleyen sanatçılar genelde onların geometrik formlarından etkilenmişlerdir. Seri üretim simetrik ve geometrik formları ?makine? ve ?makineden? olarak ikiye ayırarak yani üreten ve üretilen nesne bağlamında resimlerinde kullanmışlardır. Bir yanda endüstriye karşı olmak öte yanda endüstriye hizmet etmek?

Since the industrial revolution, there has been experienced significant changes not only politically, but also culturally. And the developments in the field of art play for us the key role. Mankind has been witnessing new inventions with each day parallel to the technological improvements within cultural, artistic and economic forms of living. 18th and 19th centuries have seen a vortex including the art movements in their period with the industrial revolution that were shaping the lifestyle.As a person being specialised/educated in the field of electricity, I was impressed from the huge machines? working process and the way they serve to manking, although some people would probably see them only as a metal mass. Those objects seemed to me as pictorial devices and I was keen on using them as a source for my paintings. Artists who chose to paint from industrial products are generally influenced from their geometric forms. Serial production is being categorized as symetric and geometric, as ?machines? and ?from machines?, and painters prefer to produce objects or to use produced objects in their paintings, neither being against to the industry nor serving for it.
