Türkiye`de kayıtdışı istihdam ve ekonomik boyutu

Abstract

Kayıtdışı ekonomi ve kayıtdışı istihdam son yıllarda çokca tartışılan çözümler üretilmesi gereken önemli bir sorun olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Sadece gelişmekte olan ülkeler değil , gelişmiş ülkelerde kayıtdışı istihdam konusuyla karşı karşıyadır. Türkiye ekonomisinin gelişmesinin önünde bir engel olarak görülen kayıtdışı istihdam konusunun boyutlarının belirlenmesi ve çözüm önerilerinin sunulması önem taşımaktadır.Ekonomik olarak nedenleri ve sonuçları bakımından çok karmaşık bir yapı olarak ortaya çıkan kayıtdışı istihdam daha çok iktisadi faktörler dışında sosyal ve psikolojik boyutlarıyla incelenmesi gereken bir olgudur.Kayıtdışı ekonomi ve kayıtdışı istihdamın birçok nedeni olduğu gibi bu nedenlerin oluşturduğu ve ekonomiyi etkileyen sonuçları vardır.Türkiye'de kayıtdışı ekonomi ve kayıtdışı istihdam gerçeği ve boyutu çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada kayıtdışı ekonomi ve kayıtdışı istihdamın tanımı, unsurları ve nedenleri ortaya konularak durumu incelenmiştir.Ayrıca kayıtdışılığın işgücüne yönelik ekonomik ve sosyal etkileri analiz edilmiştir.

For last few years, we are facing with economists are argueging and looking for solutionsabout two important problem which are informal economy and , informal employment. Not only the growing countries but also the growed countries are faced with the problem of informal employment. It is important to know about the size of the informal employment which has a great effect on Turkey?s economy and the solutions must be found.Informel Employment is afact that only it needs to analyze with the dimensions of social, psychological but also it need to analyze with the dimension of economicial. Various methods have been improved in order to measure and determine the ınformal economy and ınformal employment by the economist.The aim of the study is to demostrate the realty and dimensions of informal employment in Turkey.In this study, we have explosed the definition, causes and elements of informal employment in Turkey.In additation, in the study ıt?s social, economic and politic effects fort he labour force have been analysed.
