Karaman ilinin sektörler itibari ile muhtemel yatırım alanları ve ithal ara mamül üretilebilirliği açısından Türkiye`deki konumu

Abstract

Bölgesel kalkınma bağlamında Karaman ilinin gelişme kabiliyetlerinin belirlenebilmesi ve kalkınma düzeyini artırabilmesi için hangi alanlara yönelmesi gerektiği ortaya konularak, ilin kullanılmayan potansiyelini ortaya çıkarmak ve teşhis edilen yeni yatırım imkânları hakkında girişimcileri bilgilendirmek çalışmanın temel hedeflerinden bir tanesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Karaman ilinin dış ticaret yapısının, mevcut yatırımlarının, lokomotif sanayi sektörlerinin irdelenmesi önemlidir. İlin kümelenme özelliği gösteren geleneksel hale gelmiş sektörlerinin ve aday olarak gösterilebilecek sektörlerinin belirlenmesi ile yatırımcılara Karaman'ın geleceği hakkında yol göstermek istenilmektedir. İlin ekonomisinin temelini oluşturan tarım ve tarıma dayalı imalat sanayi ile birlikte yeni potansiyel yatırım alanlarının belirlenmesi bu çalışmanın sonucu olarak nitelenebilir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Karaman, Uygun Yatırım Alanları, Lokomotif Sektör Ġncelemeleri, Bölgesel Kalkınma, Tarım, Gıda, Sanayi, Hizmet.

In this study, It's aimed to determine the development capabilities and development level of Karaman province based on regional development context. Determination of new investment opportunities which will increase the development level and bring out the untapped potential of the city are among the main objectives of the study. Another objective of this study is to guide the entrepreneurs and investors regarding the new investment opportunities. For this purpose it's important to examine the foreign trade structure of Karaman, existing investments and leading sectors. Determination of cluster sectors; traditional sectors which shows the clustering feature and new candidates; is one of the important method for the guidance of the investors. The Agriculture and agriculture-based manufacturing industry have been the backbone of the Karaman's economy for the years.
