Mesleki orta öğretimde eğitim gören öğrencilerin bilişim teknolojileri kullanımı bilinç düzeyinin araştırılması: Karaman ili üzerine bir uygulama

Abstract

Bilişim teknolojileri bir ülkenin yalnızca ekonomisini geliştirmekle kalmayıp aynı zamanda o ülkenin toplumsal ve kültürel gelişimine de katkı sağlamaktadır. Bir ülkenin genç nüfusunun bilişim teknolojilerinden yararlanma düzeyleri bilgi toplumu olma yolunda kaçınılmaz olan bu toplumsal ve kültürel değişimin en belirgin göstergelerinden biridir. Bu açıdan genç neslin bilişim teknolojilerini kullanma bilinç düzeyinin öğrenilmesi önem arz etmektedir. Yaptığımız bu çalışma ile mesleki ve teknik liselerde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin bilişim teknolojilerini kullanmadaki bilinç düzeyleri ortaya konmak istenmiştir.Bu çalışmanın araştırma grubunu 2013-2014 eğitim öğretim yılında Karaman ilinde mesleki orta öğretim okullarında okuyan 9, 10, 11 ve 12. Sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmuştur. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde bilişim teknolojilerini oluşturan kavramlar üzerinde durulurken, ikinci bölümde eğitim sistemimiz, mesleki ve teknik eğitimin gelişimi, dünyadaki örnekleri ve ülkemize yansımaları üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde eğitimin ekonomik büyüme ile ilişkisi, insani gelişmişlik düzeyleri, eğitim harcamaları, çalışmanın yapıldığı ilin eğitim ve nüfusla ilgili sayısal verileri incelenmiş; dördüncü bölümde ise elde edilen araştırma bulguları yer almıştır. Information technologies do not only improves the economy of a country, at the same time it contributes the social and cultural development of the country. Benefit from the information technology level of the young population of a country is inevitable towards becoming an information society that this is one of the most significant indicators of social and cultural change. In this respect, understanding the level of consciousness of the young generation the use of information technology is of great importance. Within this study it has been requested to demonstrate the awareness of the use of information technologies of the vocational and technical high school students.The research group of the study is formed with the 9, 10, 11 and 12th grade vocational secondary school students in the academic year 2013-2014 in Karaman. In the first part of the study it has been focused on issues of information technology concepts, in the second part on our education system, the development of vocational and technical education, on samples in the world and on the reflections to our country. In the third part the relationship between economic growth and education, humanity development levels, education expenditures, the province's quantitative datas about the education and population which this study examined in. In the fourth section there is located the research findings that obtained.
