Mültecilerin kente uyumuna yönelik Karaman İlinde bir araştırma

Abstract

21.Yüzyıldasiyasetinilgialanlarındanbiridebireylerinkenditercihlerindenziyade göçe zorlanmalarıdır. Zorunlu göç konusunda son dönemde ilk akla gelen Suriyeli mültecilerdir. Ancak Türkiye'de geçici koruma altında bulunan Suriyeliler dışında,sayıları400 bini bulmuş diğer ülkelerden mülteciler bulunmaktadır. Birçok ülkeden gelip Türkiye'ye sığınan bireyler sınır komşusu olmasalar bile kültürel bağlardan dolayı Türkiye'yi tercih etmekte ve günlerce yürüyerek Türkiye sınırına gelmektedirler.Zorunlu göçe maruz bırakılan kişiler yaşadıkları yerleri terk etmek zorunda kaldıklarından dolayı, evlerini, işlerini, okullarını, akrabalarını, dostlarını, ülkelerini, vatanlarını ve hatta ölülerini bırakarak bilmedikleri bir yolculuğa çıkmaktadırlar.Geldikleri yerde kendilerini neyin beklediğini ve hatta geri dönüp dönmeyeceklerini bil(e)memektedirler. Göç olgusu sosyal dokuyu değiştirmekte, hem mülteci için hem de yerleşik halk için yeni bir hayat anlamınagelmektedir.Bu çalışmada öncelikle kavramsal bilgilere yer verilerek, mülteci- sığınmacı- vatansız-göçmengibikavramlaraçıklanıpfarklarıortayakonulmaktadır.Mültecilerinkente uyumu, beklentileri ve eksiklikler Karaman ilinde bulunan mülteciler ile yapılan anket ile tespitedilmeyeçalışılmıştır.Alanaraştırmasındaeldeedilenbilgivebulgularışığındagenel değerlendirmelerde bulunularak, durum tespitinde bulunulmuş ve sorun alanlarına yönelik çözüm önerileri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Kavramsal çerçevenin oluşturulması aşamasında betimsel analiz yönteminden, uygulama kısmında ise nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden birisi olan anket tekniğindenyararlanılmıştır.

In the 21st century, one of the areas which politics interest in is migration that individualsareforcedwithouttheirownpreferences.Syrianrefugeesarethefirsttocometo mindaboutforcedmigrationinthelastperiod.However,apartfromSyrianswhoaregranted temporary protection in Turkey, there are refugees from other countries have reached 400 thousand.ManypeoplewhocomefromdifferentcountriesandtakerefugeinTurkeydespite nogeographic border, prefer to come to Turkey because of cultural ties and they walk for days to come to the border withTurkey.People who are exposed to forced migration, have had to leave their places and because of that they took the unknown road and left their homes, their work, their schools, their relatives, their friends, their country, their homeland and even their dead. They do not know what kind of situation they will encounter and even do not know whether they will return or not. The phenomenon of immigration changes the social fabric and means a new life for both the refugee and the settled public.Inthisstudy,firstlyconceptualinformationisgivenandtheconceptssuchasrefugee- asylumseeker-stateless person-immigrant are explained and their differences are revealed. Adaptations of there fugees in the city, anticipations and deficiencies were tried to be clarified by a questionnaire with there fugees in Karaman province. General evaluationsare made on the information and findings obtained from field research and determine the situation of the problem and the solution proposal for the problem areas was tried to be put forward. The descriptive analysis method has been utilized in the constitution of the conceptual frame work and, in the application part, survey technique which is one of the quantitative research methods wasused.
