Çağdaş tefsirlerde insan hürriyetine yaklaşımlar

Abstract

Hürriyet, tarihin ilk yıllarından beri üzerine en çok kafa yorulan ve uğruna mücadele edilen bir kavram olagelmiştir. `Hürriyet` meselesi ya da çağdaş terminolojide kullanılan bağlamıyla `özgürlük` kavramları semantik olarak tam anlamıyla birbirlerinin yerini doldurmaz. Bu gerçekten hareketle yaptığımız çalışmada `hürriyet` kavramını kullanmayı daha uygun bulduk. Hürriyet meselesi, İslamiyet'in kutsal kitabı olan ve insanların hayatını kuşatan ilahi kurallar bütünü olan Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'de nasıl ele alınmaktadır? Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'de insan iradesine ve sorumluluğuna paralel olarak hürriyet kavramına nasıl yaklaşılır? Sorularından hareketle ilgili ayetlerin çağdaş tefsirlerdeki yorumları esas alınarak mesele aydınlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. İnsan hürriyeti iki boyutta incelenirse; yatay boyutta şahsın kendisini ilgilendiren haklar, dikey boyutta toplumu ilgilendiren haklar olarak düşünülebilir. Bu açıdan hareketle bireysel ve toplumsal yönden hürriyetler incelenmiştir. İlk bölümde ise insana yüklenen sorumluluk-irade- hürriyet üzerinde durulmuştur. Son bölümde ise bireye karşı işlenen suçlar ve cezaları üzerinde durularak hürriyetin ihlali durumunda insanın karşı karşıya kaldığı müeyyideler değerlendirilmiştir.

Since the beginning years of the history, freedom(liberty) has been the cocept pondered and struggle on most. The subjects `freedom` or `liberty` which is used within the context in modern terminology cannot replace each other semantically. So, from the point of this truth we did in our study, we found it suitable to use the word `liberty`. How is the issue of liberty dealed and approached in the Quran which is Muslims holy book and a sum of rules surrounding humans lives. How is concept `liberty` approaches with paralel to humans' will and responsibility in Muslim's holy book Quran? With these questions above, the matter was tired to be enlightened by taking basis of the related verses' (in the Quran) interpretations in modern commentaries. If the human's liberty studied concerning the human itself in horizontal dimension and in vertical dimension as the rights concerning the puplic or society itself. From this point of view, liberties were studied in both personal aspect and in public aspect. In the first section, it was laid stres upon liberty, the human's responsibility and will. And in the final section, by putting emphasis on the punishments an the crimes committed against were reached clarşty in case of the infringement of the liberty.
