Futbol kalecilerinde yaşın sezinleme zamanına olan etkisi

Abstract

Sezinleme genel olarak herhangi bir rota izleyen nesne veya objenin sonlanma noktasını ve bu noktaya ne zaman geleceğini tahmin etme yeteneği olarak ifade edilmiştir. Bu araştırma, futbol kalecilerinde yaşın sezinleme zamanına etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Hatay, Konya ve Karaman illerinde futbol hayatlarına faal olarak devam eden 14-17 (15,1± 1,28) yaş arasında 10 kaleci, 18-21 (19,20±1,13) yaş arasında 10 kaleci, 22-25 yaş (23,10±0,99) arasında 10 kaleci ve 26 yaş ve üstü (32,40±5,77) 10 kaleci olmak üzere toplamda 40 kaleci katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Kişisel Bilgi Formu ile Dr. Stanley Bassin'in bulduğu, Lafayette Üniversitesi tarafından geliştirilen, Bassin Anticipation Timer cihazı (Lafayette Instrument Company, Model 50575) kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tek yönlü anova testi uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular neticesinde; yaş değişkeni ile sezinleme zamanı arasında anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Araştırmada kullanılan 4 m/s hızda 22-25 yaş kategorisinde olan katılımcıların 14-17 yaş kategorisinde olanlardan anlamlı düzeyde sezinleme zamanlarının daha iyi olduğu bulunmuştur. 6 m/s hızında 26 yaş ve üzeri olan katılımcıların 14-17 yaş kategorisinde olan katılımcılardan sezinleme zamanı olarak anlamlı düzeyde daha iyi performans göstermişlerdir. Ayrıca 8 m/s hızında 26 yaş ve üzeri olan katılımcıların 14-17 yaş kategorisinde olan katılımcılardan sezinleme zamanı olarak yine anlamlı düzeyde daha iyi değerlere sahip oldukları görülmektedir.

The Anticipation is generally expressed as the object following any route or cut off point of the object and the ability to predict when to come to this point. The study was done to investigate the effect of age to the time of anticipation of the football goalkeepers. The study groups of the research consisted of total of 40 goalkeepers including 10 goalkeepers between the ages of 14-17 (15,1 ± 1,28), 10 goalkeepers between 18-21 (19,20 ± 1,13), 10 goalkeepers between 22-25 years old (23,10 ± 0,99) and 10 goalkeepers between 26 year old and over (32,40 ± 5,77) playing actively in Hatay, Konya and Karaman. In the study, the data collection tool developed by Dr. The Bassin Anticipation Timer (Lafayette Instrument Company, Model 50575) working the University of Lafayette, was used by Stanley Bassin and developed by the researcher with the Personal Information Form were used. One-way anova test was used to analyze the data. As a result of the findings; significant differences were found between age variable and time of coincidence. It was found that the participants' coincidence in the 22-25 age category, at 4 m / s used in the study were significantly beter than those in the 14-17 age group. Participants ,aged 26 and over and at 6 m / s, significantly showed better coincidence time than those between 14-17 age groups. In addition, it was seen that participants ,aged 26 years and older and at 8 m / s, significantly have better coincidence time values than those between 14-17 age group.
