Aile şirketlerinde kurumsallaşma sürecine muhasebe sisteminin etkisi

Abstract

Tez çalışmamızda aile işletmelerinin firmalar arasındaki yeri, ekonomiye ve kurulduğu çevreye olan katkıları, aile işletmelerinin kendi içerisindeki yapısı, aile işletmelerinin kurumsallaşmaya bakış açısı gibi konular; kurumsallaşma sürecindeki muhasebe ve iş etiği açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Gerek Türkiye'de gerekse de Dünya'da aile işletmeleri şeklinde kurulan kuruluşlar ekonomik ve firma ömrü olarak diğer işletmelerden daha uzun ömre sahip olmaktadır. Aile işletmelerinde firma ikinci veya üçüncü kuşağı görüyorsa, firma kurumsallaşmış ve sağlam temellere sahip bir yapı kazanmıştır dinilebilmektedir. Bu süreçte muhasebe bilgi sisteminin önemini kavrayan firmalar kurumsal yapıyı daha hızlı tesis edebilmekte ve kalıcı hale gelebilmektedir.

In our thesis, the place of family businesses among firms, the economy and the exchange rates, the structure of the family businesses, the perspective of the institutionalization of the family center, and the accounting and business ethics in the institutionalization process have been evaluated. The companies that have been established as family companies both in Turkey and in the world have longer life and economically stronger than the others. In family businesses, if the company sees the second or third generation, it can be said that the company has gained a structure that is institutionalized and has a solid foundation. In this process, companies that realize the importance of accounting information system can establish the institutional structure faster and become permanent.
