dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, hadde tezgâhlarından geçen mamuller (ray veya profil) üç boyutlu bir takım kamera ve lazerle, mamul 900 ºC sıcaklık ve 4-6 m/s hızla geçerken yüzey kusur kontrolüne tabi tutulmuştur. Üç boyutlu kameralardan elde edilen veriler bilgisayara aktarılarak sayısal verilere ve grafiklere dönüştürülmüştür. Mamulde yüzey kusurunun belirlenmesi ve kusur derinliği grafik olarak gösterilmiştir. Haddeleme işlemi tamamlanan 900 ºC ve 4-5 m/s hızdaki mamulde 0,3 mm büyük derinliklerdeki kusurlar tespit edilmiştir. Online yüzey kusur kontrol sistemiyle üretimdeki hurda miktarı azaltılarak, enerji ve işçilik kaybı minimuma indirilebileceği gözlemlenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the products from mill stands (rail or profile) have been controlled for surface defects with three-dimensional camera and laser combination, during the product speed was in-between 4-6 m/s and the product temperature was 900 ºC. The data obtained from the three-dimensional cameras in computer were converted into numerical data and graphics. Determination of surface defects and imperfections in Made depth is shown graphically. 0,3 mm defects have been detected after rolling progress on the product during the product speed was in-between 4-6 m/s and the product temperature was 900 ºC . The amount of scrap has been reduced, energy and labor loses has been minimized by using online surface defect detection system.en_US
