TRA2 bölgesinde KOSGEB`in sağladığı destekler üzerine bir analiz

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı KOSGEB Destek Programlarının TRA2 Bölgesindeki KOBİ'ler üzerine etkilerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu çalışmanın diğer amacı KOSGEB tarafından KOBİ'lere verilen çeşitli hizmet ve desteklerin TRA2 Bölgesinde faaliyetlerine devam eden KOBİ'leri nasıl etkilediğini tanımlamaktır. Bu sebeple saha araştırması verilerini toplamak için anket metodu kullanılmış ve ilgili kurumlara bu tür teşvik ve desteklerin şekillendirilmesinde yardımcı olabilecek sonuçlar elde etmeye çalışılmıştır. Tez kapsamında yapılan anket çalışması ile işletmelerin kurumsal kapasiteleri, yaşadıkları sorunlar ve KOSGEB destekleri hakkındaki görüş ve önerileri hakkında sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. TRA2 Bölgesinde işletmelerinin çoğunluğunun mikro ölçekli, düşük kapasiteli, nitelikli eleman ve sermaye sıkıntıları yaşayan ayrıca KOSGEB gibi kamu destek ve teşvik mekanizmalarından yeterince yaralanamayan yapılara sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Main objective of this study is to evaluate the effects on SME's in TRA2 Region of the support programs of KOSGEB. The other objective of this study is to determine how various services and supports to SME's are provided by KOSGEB affect the SME's in TRA2 Region. During survey conduction, five point likert scales has been executed to business officials. With the issued survey conduction, the results regarding corporate capacity of businesses and their problems and opinions and suggestions about support programs of KOSGEB have been obtained. It has been determined that businesses in TRA2 region are mostly micro-scaled, have marginal capacity, have qualified personnel and monetary problems and also have the structures that are not adequately taking advantage of the public support and incentive mechanisms such as KOSGEB.
