Metal 4-formilbenzoatların izonikotinamid komplekslerinin sentezi ve yapılarının incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında Kobalt(II), Nikel(II), Çinko(II), Kadmiyum(II) ve Bakır(II) metallerinin 4-formilbenzoat ile biyolojik öneme sahip izonikotinamidin beş adet kompleksi sentezlenmiş ve çeşitli spektroskopik yöntemler ile yapıları aydınlatılmıştır.[Co(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)4](C8H5O3)2?2H2OI[Ni(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)4](C8H5O3)2?2H2OII[Zn(C8H5O3)2 (C6H6N2O)]III[Cd(C8H5O3)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)]?H2OIV[Cu(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)4](C8H5O3)2?2H2OVKomplekslerin yapıları elemental analiz ve Infrared Spektroskopisi (IR) gibi spektroskopik yöntemler ile yapısı aydınlatılmıştır. Komplekslerin termik bozunma özellikleri TG/DTA ile belirlenmiştir. 4 adet kompleksin yapısı tek kristal x ışını difraksiyonu ile belirlenmiştir.Parçalanma sonucunda parçalanma ürünü olarak komplekslerde; CoO (I), NiO (II), Zn(III), CdO(IV) ve CuO(V) oluştuğu gözlenmiştir.

In this study, 5 new mixed complexes of Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) and Cu(II) with 4-formylbenzoate and with biologically active compound such as isonicotinamide were synthesized:[Co(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)4](C8H5O3)2?2H2OI[Ni(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)4](C8H5O3)2?2H2OII[Zn(C8H5O3)2 (C6H6N2O)]III[Cd(C8H5O3)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)]?H2OIV[Cu(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)4](C8H5O3)2?2H2OVThe structural and spectroscopic properties of the complexes were investigated by elemental analysis, single crystal X- ray diffraction, IR technique. Thermal behaviours of the complexes were determined by simultaneous thermal analysis techniques (TG,DTG and DTA). Cyrstal and molecular structures of four complexes were determined by single cyrstal x-ray diffraction .It is doserved that as a result of fragmation in complexes as a product of fragmation CoO (I), NiO (II), Zn(III), CdO(IV) and CuO(V) existed.
