Bazı yeni 4-[3-(2-metilbenzoksi)-4-metoksi]-benzilidenamino-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on türevlerinin sentezi ve bazı özelliklerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, öncelikle çalışma için gerekli olan 9 adet 3-alkil(aril)-4-amino-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiği karşın olan nitrillerden başlanarak sentezlenmiştir. Sonra bu bileşiklerin 3-(2-metilbenzoksi)-4-metoksibenzaldehid ile reaksiyonları incelenmiş ve 9 adet yeni 3-alkil(aril)-4-[3-(2-metilbenzoksi)-4-metoksibenzilidenamino]-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiği elde edilmiştir. İlave olarak elde edilen bu bileşikler asetik anhidrid ile muamele edilerek 6 adet yeni 1-asetil-3-alkil(aril)-4-[3-(2-metilbenzoksi)-4-metoksibenzilidenamino]-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiği elde edilmiştir. Sentezlenen 15 yeni bileşiğin yapıları IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, UV ve kütle spektroskopik yöntemler kullanılarak aydınlatılmıştır.Çalışmanın orijinal bölümünde, ikinci olarak sentezlenen yeni bileşiklerin antioksidan özellikleri incelenmiş ve bulunan sonuçlar tartışılmıştır.Çalışmanın son bölümünde, sentezlenen 9 yeni 3-alkil(aril)-4-[3-(2-metilbenzoksi)-4-metoksibenzilidenamino]-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiğinin 4 farklı susuz çözücüde (izopropil alkol, tert-butil alkol, aseton ve N,N-dimetilformamid) TBAH ile potansiyometrik olarak titrasyonları yapılmış ve yarı-nötralizasyon metodu ile her bir çözücüdeki HNP ve pKa değerleri bulunmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: 4,5-Dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on, Schiff bazı, asetillendime, antioksidan, pKa, potansiyometrik titrasyon

In this study, firstly nine 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds requiring for this study were synthesized. Then, the reaction of these compounds with 3-(2-methylbenzoxy)-4-methoxybenzaldehyde were investigated and nine novel 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-[3-(2-methylbenzoxy)-4-methoxybenzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds were obtained. In addition, six new compounds synthesized were treated with acetic anhydride and six 1-acetyl-3-alkyl(aryl)-4-[3-(2-methylbenzoxy)-4-methoxybenzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones were obtained. In order to identify the new compounds synthesized in the study, spestroscopic methods including IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, UV and mass were used.In the originaly section of the study, secondly antioxidant properties of synthesized new compounds were investigated and conclusions obtained were discussedIn the finally section of the study, synthesized nine new 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-[3-(2-methylbenzoxy)-4-methoxybenzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds were titrated petentiometrically with TBAH in four non-aqueous solvents (izopropil alkol, tert-butil alkol, aseton ve N,N-dimetilformamid) and HNP and pKa values were determined by main of half neutralization method.Key Words: 4,5-Dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one, Schiff base, acetylation, antioxidant, pKa, potentiometric titration
