Fen eğitiminde literatür erişimi

Abstract

Bu çalışma Fen Bilgisi programı ile yetişen öğretmen ve akademisyenlerin alanları ile ilgili literatüre erişim düzeyleri ile literatüre erişim yollarını tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır.Araştırmada konu ve amaçlara uygunluğu nedeniyle betimleme yöntemi kullanılmış olup mevcut durumlar ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak 17 sorudan oluşan anket kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 5'i araştırma görevlileri, 11'i yüksek lisans yapan öğretmenler, 10'u lisansüstü eğitim programında olmayan öğretmenler olmak üzere Fen Bilgisi programı ile yetişen öğretmen ve akademisyenlerin oluşturduğu toplam 26 araştırmacı oluşturmaktadır. Anketin uygulanması sonucu elde edilen bulgular tablolar ve grafikler halinde sunularak yorumlanmıştır.Araştırmanın bulgularından elde edilen sonuçlara göre öğretmen ve akademisyenlerin alanları ile ilgili literatüre erişim düzeyleri ve erişim yolları tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca sonuçlar bulgular doğrultusunda lisansüstü eğitim programında olanlar ile lisansüstü eğitim programında olmayanlar arasında karşılaştırma yapılarak belirtilmeye çalışılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Fen Eğitimi, Literatür, Bilgi Erişimi, Bilimsel Bilgi

This study has been carried out in order to determine access levels and the ways of access to the literature regarding fields of the teachers and academicians educated by Science program.As it is suitable for the issue and aims, the description method is used in research and present situations are tried to be introduced. In this study, a survey made up of 17 questions was used as the means of data collection. The study team consists of 5 research assistants, 11 teachers doing master degree, 10 teachers not doing master degree and teachers and academicians educated by Science program constitute 26 researchers in total. The findings acquired by practising the survey have been commented by presenting in the shape of tables and graphics.According to the results gained through findings of the research, literature access levels and access ways have been determined in accordance with the fields of teachers and academicians. Furthermore, the results, in the direction of the findings, have been attempted to be stated by comparing between mastering and not mastering.Key Words: Science Education, Literature, Science Access, Scientific Knowledge
