Abstract
Bu çalışmada Mn(II), Cd(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) ve Pb(II) metallerinin p-metilbenzoik asit (p-MBA) ve biyolojik öneme sahip nikotinamid (NA) ve türevleri (dietilnikotinamid (DENA) ve izonikotinamid (İNA)) ile 21 adet yeni kompleksleri sentezlendi:[Mn(C8H7O2)2(H2O)4](1)[Zn(C8H7O2)2(H2O)2](2)[Cd(C8H7O2)2(H2O)2](3)[Pb(C8H7O2)2(H2O)2](4)[Mn(C8H7O2)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2](5)[Co(C8H7O2)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2](6)[Ni(C8H7O2)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2](7)[Cu(C8H7O2)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)].H2O(8)[Zn2(C8H7O2)4(H2O)2][Zn2(C8H7O2)4(C6H6N2O)].2H2O(9)[Cd(C8H7O2)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2](10)[Pb(C8H7O2)2(C6H6N2O)2].H2O(11)[Mn2(C8H7O2)4(C10H14N2O)2(H2O)](12)[Co(C8H7O2)2(C10H14N2O)2(H2O)2](13)[Ni(C8H7O2)2(C10H14N2O)2(H2O)2](14)[Cu(C8H7O2)2(C10H14N2O)2(H2O)].H2O(15)[Zn2(C8H7O2)4(C10H14N2O)2](16)[Co(C8H7O2)2(C6H6N2O)2](17)[Ni(C8H7O2)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2].H2O(18)[Cu(C8H7O2)2(C6H6N2O)2].2H2O(19)[Cu2(C8H7O2)4(C6H6N2O)2](20)[Cd(C8H7O2)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)]. H2O(21)Komplekslerin yapıları elementel analiz, kütle spektrometresi, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR, UV, termik analiz ve toz X-Ray spektroskopi verileri ile karakterize edilmiştir. 10 adet kompleksin yapısı tek kristal X-ışını difraksiyonu ile belirlenmiştir. Neticede 4 ve 19 nolu komplekslerin kare düzleme, 8, 15, 16 ve 20 nolu komplekslerin kare piramidal, 9 nolu kompleksin trigonal bipiramidal, diğer komplekslerin ise oktahedral geometriye sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir.Anahtar sözcükler: Mn(II), Cd(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) ve Pb(II) kompleksleri, p-metilbenzoik asit, nikotinamid, izonikotinamid, dietilnikotinamid, kristal yapı. H2O(21)The complexes were characterized by elementel analysis, mass spectrometry, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, thermic analysis, powder X-Ray difraction, IR and UV-vis techniques. Crystal and molecular structures of ten complexes were determined by X-ray analysis. Concequently, it has been determined that complexes 8, 15, 16 ve 20 have square-pyramidal, 4 ve 19 square-planar, 9 have trigonal bipyramidal, and the others complexes have octahedral geometries.Key Words: Mn(II), Cd(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Pb(II) complexes, p-methylbenzoic acid, nicotinamide, isonicotinamide, diethylnicotinamide, crystal structure.
