Eğitim seviyesi ve teknoloji kullanımının ihracatın ithaalatı karşılama oranı üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, dünya ülkelerindeki teknoloji kullanımı ve eğitim seviyesi incelenmiştir. Bu verilerle ihracatın ithalatı karşılama oranı arasındaki ilişki analiz edilmiştir. Ülkelerin yıllara göre teknoloji kullanımının arttığı ve eğitim seviyesinin yükseldiği görülmüştür. Bu yükselişlerle beraber ihracatın ithalatı karşılama oranı üzerine olumlu etkiye dikkat çekilmiştir. Çalışmada literatürde kabul edilen araştırma verileri kullanılmıştır. Eğitim sosyolojisi, teknoloji kavramı ve dış ticaret kavramları incelenmiştir. Yine teknoloji kavramının alt kavramları olan; bilgisayar teknolojisi, internet teknolojisi ve cep telefonunun gelişimi konuları üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu teknolojilerin tarihsel gelişimleri incelenmiştir. Bu kavramların hayatımıza girmesiyle beraber, `dijital bölünme` kavramı da gündeme gelmiştir. Dijital bölünmenin en temel göstergesi internet kullanım oranıdır. İnternet kullanım oranı dünya üzerinde genel olarak yükselmesine rağmen derinleşen eşitsizlik üzerinde durulmuştur. Ayrıca, derinleşen eşitsizlik nedenleri üzerine dikkat çekilmiştir. İleri boyutta, araştırmanın kavramsal çerçevesini oluşturan; eğitim seviyesi, teknoloji kullanım oranı ve ihracatın ithalatı karşılama oranı kavramları incelenerek aralarındaki anlamlı ilişkiler test edilmiştir. Kavramlar araştırılırken dünyanın önde gelen raporlarından yararlanılmıştır. Kavramlar arasında doğrudan ve dolaylı ilişkiler incelenmiştir. In this study, technology utilization and level of education in world countries have been examined. The relation between this data and the import coverage rate by exports has been analyzed. According to the years, the use of technology and the level of education has increased. With these rises, a positive impact on the import coverage ratio by exports has been seen. The research data adopted in the literature were used in the study. The concepts of education sociology, technology and foreign trade are explored. Again, focused on the development of computer technology, internet technology and mobile phone. The historical developments of these technologies are examined. With the introduction of these concepts into our lives, the concept of `the digital divide` as a triggered element has begun to show its effect. The most basic indication of the digital divide is the internet usage rate. Although the internet usage rate is generally elevated in the world, inequality goes on deepening. Also, attention has been taken on the causes of deepening inequality. In the advanced dimension, forming the conceptual framework of the research; The concepts of education level, technology utilization and the import coverage of exports are examined and the meaningful relationships between them are tested. The world's leading research reports have been used when testing concepts. The concepts of direct and indirect relationships are explored. As the internet utilization rate rises, the direct and indirect effects of this interaction are examined and how the import coverage rate by exports is affected.
