In this thesis, data analysis of X-ray dim radio quiet X-ray pulsar 1E 1207.4-5209and RX J0002+6246, RX J0822-4300, CXOU J185238.6+00402 which have similarobservational characteristics as 1E 1207.4-5209 are represented based on XMM-Newtonsatellite observations. X-ray spectral analysis of neutron star RX J0002+6246 basedon XMM-Newton data is given for the first time. The problems related to the magneticfield and age of X-ray pulsar 1E 1207.4-5209 are discussed and a model is proposed tosolve these problems. These four neutron stars have some common physical propertiesbased on their observational data, and hence they may have similar physical evolution. It is shown that all of them have pure black body spectra (in three cases 2 black bodycomponents) without power law component. No pulsar wind nebula has been observedaround any one of them, which strongly shows that they have low rotational energyloss despite their very small ages. All of these neutron stars are physically connectedto shell-type supernova remnants which are younger than (1-2)×104 yr. None of thesesources has been detected to emit at any radio frequency. These common spectralproperties (and possibly common timing characteristics) of these neutron stars areexamined. Their possible physical evolution is discussed and a model is proposed. Asa result, it is quite possible that these objects form a new class of neutron stars quitedifferent than the other types.en_US
