Postentübasyon trakeal stenoz nedeniyle opere edilen hastaların analizi

Abstract

Post entübasyon trakeal stenoz nedeniyle rezeksiyon yapılan hastalarda karşılaştığımız koplikasyonları etkileyen faktörlerin araştırılması. Haziran 2012 – Haziran 2017 tarihleri arasında kliniğimiz tarafından post entübasyon trakeal stenoz nedeniyle takip edilen 11'i kadın, 14'ü erkek toplam 25 hasta retrospektif olarak incelendi.Hastalara stenotik bölgenin rezeksiyonu ve uç-uca anastomoz işlemi uygulandı. Hastalarda diabet varlığı ve rezeke edilen segment uzunluğu komplikasyonların gelişimini etkilediği bulundu. Post entübasyon trakeal stenoz nedeniyle opere edilen hastalarda hasta uyumu ve diabet kontrolü cerrahi başarıda önemlidir.

The aim of the study is to investigate the factors affecting the complications in patients who underwent surgery due to pos-intubation tracheal stenosis. Between June 2012 and June 2017 25 patients, 14 male and 11 female, were evaluated retrospectively. The stenotic segments were resected and ene-to-end anastomsis were performed. the lenght of the stenotic segment and the presence of diabetes were negative prognostic factors.Patient colloboration and diabetes control are crucial in the management of patients that were operated on tracheal resection due to post intubation tracheal stenosis.
