Depresyonda tedaviye yanıtın klinik belirteçleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada elektroliz ile silisyum üzerine nikel kaplandı. Sonra bu örnekler ZfOO'C'de normal ortamda tavlandı, Silisyum' un diğer yüzü nikel ile ohmik kontakt yapacak şekil de aynı yöntem ile tekrar kaplandı. Bir yüzü metal küçük direnç gösteren, diğer yüzü ok sitlenmiş, büyük direnç gösteren Schottky diyodu yapıldı. I-V (akım-gerilim) ölçümlerinden diyod narametreleri dört yönteme göre bulundu. ve yöntemler arasında karşılaştırma ya pılarak, diyod direncinin sıcaklıkla değişimi incelendi. Son olarak deneyle teorinin karşılaştırılması yapıl dı.

Silicon wafers (n-si) are nickel plated by electro- less then samples heated to 400 C in open atmosphere. The Opposite face of silicon wafer is nickel electropolated in the same way as before in order to make ohmic contact. One of the face of this nickel plated silicon wafer is metal and have a low ohmic resistance and the ather face oxsidised and have high resistance, so a Schottky diode is produced. From I-V (carrent-voltage) measurement diode para meters are obtained by four different methods and comparing the results of differents methots, variation of temperature is studied. The axpremental results are compared with theieore- tical expectations. - i
