Ay'da kurulacak olan bir üssün personel yönetimi

Abstract

Ay'da üs kurmak ve orada çalışmalar yapılmasının nedenlerinden bir tanesi de Dünyakaynaklarının insanlığın ihtiyaçlarını karşılayamayacak bir hale gelme olasılığıdır.Özellikle Dünya'daki enerji ihtiyacı, teknolojinin gelişmesiyle birlikte hızlanarakartmaktadır. Kaynaklar ise aynı hızda azalmaktadır. Bunun için en uygun alan ise Uzay(Ay) olarak görünmektedir.Bu çalışmada; Ay'da kurulması planlanan bir üssün, genel yapısı ve tanıtılması,personel yönetimi kavramı ve kurulması planlanan ay üssüne uygulanması, görevyapması düşünülen personelin dünya üzerindeki eğitimleri, genel anlamda psikolojikunsurların neler olacağı ve görevli personeli Ay üzerinde etkileyecek faktörlerin nelerolabileceği gibi konular analiz edilerek bahsedilmiştir.

One of the reason of setting up base installation and making studies on the moon is thepossibility of that the resources of World will become unable to meet the necessities ofhumanity. Especially the need of energy on the world increases fast with thedevelopment of technology. However, the resources decrease at the same speed.Therefore, the moon is seen the most proper space to meet the necessities of humanity.In this work topics like; the general structure of the base installation planned to be setup on the moon and its introduction, the concept of personnel administration and itsapplication on the lunar base installation planned to be set up, the education of thepersonel thought to take the mission, what kind of psychological components generallycan be seen and what kind of factors can affect the charged personnel on the moon arementioned by analyzing.
