İntra ve ekstra kapsüler femur boynu ileri yaş kırıklarında straight stem parsiyel protez uygulaması

Abstract

VII- ÖZET GATA Haydarpaşa Eğitim Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Servisinde 128 collum femoris ve intertrokanterik kınklı hastaya primer tedavi olarak straight stem hemiartroplasti uygulandı. Harris kalça skoruna göre 99 ( % 87.5) hastada mükemmel, iyi ve orta sonuç, 16 (% 12.5) hastada da kötü sonuç aldık. Hastaların çoğunluğu postoperatif 4-6. günlerde tam ağırlık vererek bastırıldı. Perioperauf komplikasyonumuz olmadı, fakat 2 hastamız reopere edildi. Sonuçlarımız literatürle uyumludur. Bize göre osteoporotik akut collum femoris ya da intertrokanterik kınklı yaşlı hastalarda straight stem endoprotez alternatif bir tedavi olarak seçilebilir. 74

VIII- SUMMARY Between 1990-1994, in Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of GAT A Haydarpaşa Training Hospital, straight stem hemiarthroplasty was applied as a primary treatment in 128 patients with collum femoris and intertrochanteric fractures. According to the hip scoring of Harris, we obtained excellent, good and fair results in 99 ( 87.5 %) patients and poor results in 16 ( 12.5 % ) patients. Most of the patients were mobilized in 4-6 days postoperatively with full weight bearing. We had no perioperative complication but, 2 patients reoperated. Our results are congruous with the literature. In our opinion, in elderly osteoporotic patients with acute collum femoris or intertrochanteric fracture, straight stem endoprosthesis could be selected as an alternative treatment. 75
