İlizarov sirküler eksternal fiksatör yöntemi ve klinik uygulamalarımız

Abstract

7. ÖZET Gülhane Askeri Tıp Akademisi Haydarpaşa Eğitim Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Servisinde Eylül 1996 ile Ağustos 1998 tarihleri arasında, 27 olguya Ilizarov tekniği ve Sirküler Eksternal Fiksatör uygulandı. Bunlardan 13 olgunun tedavisi sonuçlandı. Olguların yaş ortalamaları 27.7 idi Sonuçlarımızı Eduardo Garci'a nın tedavi sonuç kriterlerine göre değerlendirdik. Buna göre 7 olgumuzda(%54) mükemmel sonuç, 4 olgumuzda (%31) iyi sonuç, 2 olgumuzda(%15) kötü sonuç elde edilmiştir. Tedavi sırasında karşılaştığımız komplikasyonları minör ve majör olarak ikiye ayırdık. Tedavisi tamamlanan olgular gözönüne alındığında toplam 4(%30) olguda majör, 10(%76) olguda minör komplikasyon ile karşılaşıldı. Bu yöntemde tecrübe arttıkça komplikasyon oranında azalma olup basan oramda artmaktadır. Bu cihaz, konvansiyonel tedavi yöntemleri arasında yeni bir dönem açmıştır. Diğer yöntemlerle tedavisinin zor ya da imkansız olduğu durumlarda bile bu teknikle çok iyi sonuçlar elde edilebilmektedir.

8.SÜMMARY In the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Department of Gfilhane Military Medical Academy Haydarpaşa Training Hospital, Hizarov apparatus and technique was applied to 27 patients between September 1996 and August 1998. Of those, the therapy was complated in 13 patients. The mean age of patients was 27.7 years. We evaluated our results according to Eduardo Garcia's criteria. According to this criteria, 7 patients (54 %)had exceelent results, 4 patients (31 %) had good results and 2 patients (15 %) had poor results. The complications that we came accross were devided to major and minor complications. When all the cases were taken to consideration, a total of 4 patients (30 %) had majör and 10 patients (76 %) had minör complications. In this method, the complication ratious decrease as the experience gets more. This device has opened a new era in the conventional treatment methods. Very good results can be obtained with this technique, even in cases which can not be treated with other methods. 92
