Abstract

Dr. hsan Bal, 122 s.ÖZETKüreselleşme sürecini yönlendiren ekonomik ve teknolojik dönüşümlerin büyüktoplumsal ve siyasal sorunlar oluşturduğu konusunda tereddüt yoktur. Bu sorunlarınbaşında önceleri devlet ya da devletlerarası olarak dile getirilen güvenlik kavramının,artık dünya güvenliği biçiminde kendini göstermesi gelir. ?Yeni Dünya?nıngüvenliğini tehdit eden unsur da artık klasik savaşlar değil, bir devlet içindeki mevcutuygulamalardan rahatsız olan kişilerin tepkilerini dile getirdikleri propaganda aracıolan terörün, teknolojik gelişmeler sayesinde ulusaşırılaşması ve yanlış uluslararasısiyasal tepkiler neticesinde anlık eylemler olarak büyük zararlar vermeyebaşlamasıdır.Bu durum Yeni Dünyanın savaş formülü olarak ortaya çıkan terörün felsefi,sosyolojik ve siyasi soyutlarının ele alınmasını gerekli kılmaktadır. 11 Eylül saldırılarıve özellikle ABD'nin Irak işgalinden sonra, ABD ve müttefikleri olan devletlere(Türkiye, ngiltere, Suudi Arabistan vb.) karşı slami terör örgütü olarak bakılan ElKaide'nin gerçekleştirdiği terör eylemleri, Batı tarafından kısık sesle dile getirilen? slami Terör? ( slam'ın terör doğuran fikirleri ihtiva etmesi) söylemlerini dahaşiddetli hale getirmiştir. Müslüman devletleri zan altında bırakan söylemlerin temeliDoğu toplumları için en kutsal değerlerine yöneldiği için de derin yaralaraçmaktadır.Bu söylemlerin sahibi Batı tarafından Türkiye, nüfusunun büyükçoğunluğunun Müslüman olması ve aynı zamanda demokratik olmayı başarabilmesinedeniyle Ortadoğu ülkeleri için bir model olarak görülmektedir. Çalışmamızıniçinde de bu imajından hareketle Türkiye'nin sahip olduğu dinamiklerdeğerlendirilerek, ?Çokkültürlü Dünya Toplumu?nu teröre maruz bırakannedenlerin slam ile ilişkisi tespit edilip; farklı dil, din ve ırka mensup bireylerdenoluşan dünya toplumunun, farklılıkları hazmedebilen, korkudan uzak, karşılıklıgüvene dayalı barış ortamında yaşamasını sağlayacak çözüm yolları aranmıştır.

Prof. Dr. hsan Bal, 122 p.ABSTRACTThere is no doubt about the economic and technological factors which paves theway for globalisation, under some circumstances might cause some social andpolitical problems. First and foremost among these problems is the notion that oncewas identified, nationally and internationally, as `security? which nowadays presentitself as `global security?. It is not the classical wars that threatens the `New World?,but it is the terrorism that people use as a propaganda device in order to express theiroppositions for the wrongdoings of states. Terrorism gained significant attention afterits nationalization due to technological advancements and wrong internationalpolitical affairs encouraged its practitioners to harm hugely by involving in impulsiveactivities.This situation obliges to consider and examine the philosophical, sociological,and political bases of terrorizm, in other words the new worlds war formula. 9/11incident and other terrorist attacks on USA and its allies (Turkey, UK, Saudi Arabiaetc.) by El- Kaida, the group which is generally considered as an `Islamic TerroristOrganization?, especially after the USA occupation of Iraq, encouraged westerncountries to publicly use the term of `Islamic Terrorism?, once they hesitate to use (tothem, slam contains ideological backgrounds for terrorism). These charges againstIslam and muslim countries made enormeus negative effect on Eastern countriessince the very sacret cores of their belief were under attack.West as the owner of these perspectives, perceives Turkey as a modaling countryfor Middle Eastern nations, for having the majority of population muslim andmeantime achivement of democracy. During this study, utilizing this positive imageand the dynamics that Turkey has, we tried to examine the reasons that cause the`Multicultural World Society? to suffer terrorism, and its alleged ties with Islam;meanwhile the solution for the people of different language, religion and nationalityto live together in harmony, without fear and mutual trust will be sought in thisresearch.
