1917 Bolşevik Devrimi ve sonrasında yaşanan süreçte yabancı ülkelerin etkileri ve istihbaratın rolü

Abstract

Bolşevik Devrimi 20. yüzyılın en önemli siyasi olaylarından birisidir.Devrimin meydana gelmesinde Rusya'nın içinde bulunduğu sosyal ortamdan I.Dünya Savaşı'nın neden olduğu kaotik ortama kadar pek çok farklı etmen roloynamıştır. Rusya iç sorunlarıyla mücadele ederken hem İttifak Devletleri hem deİtilaf Güçleri, Bolşevik Devrimi ve sonrasında yaşanan Rus İç Savaşı'nda birçokistihbarat faaliyetinde bulunmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Bolşevik Devrimi'nemüdahil olan başlıca ülkelerin devrimin meydana gelmesindeki etkileriniincelemektir. Bu kapsamda, Bolşevik Devrimi gibi dünya siyasetine yön veren enönemli olaylardan biri farklı bir bakış açısıyla ele alınmış; devrim süresince vesonrasında dış ülkeler tarafından gerçekleştirilen istihbarat faaliyetlerine yer verilerekdevrimde istihbaratın önemi vurgulanmıştır. İstihbarat, doğası gereği gizli yapılan birfaaliyet olduğu için araştırmacılar adına bu alanda kaynak bulmak oldukça güçtür. Buolumsuz duruma rağmen, yerli ve yabancı kaynaklardan olabildiğince yararlanılarak,dış ülkelerin Bolşevik Devrimi ve sonrasındaki süreçte üstlendikleri roller ve yapmışoldukları faaliyetler tahlil edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Bolşevik Devrimi, İstihbarat, Devrimlerde İstihbarat,Dış Müdahaleler, İstihbarat Faaliyetleri

The Bolshevik Revolution is one of the most important political events of the20th century. Many different factors, from the social environment of Russia to thechaotic environment caused by World War I, played a role in the occurrence of therevolution. While Russia was struggling with its internal problems, both the EntentePowers and the Central Powers engaged in many intelligence activities during theBolshevik Revolution and the Russian Civil War that followed. The purpose of thisstudy is to examine the effects of the major countries involved in the BolshevikRevolution on the occurrence of the revolution. In this context, one of the mostimportant events that shaped world politics such as the Bolshevik Revolution washandled from a different perspective; and the importance of intelligence in therevolution was emphasized by analysing the intelligence activities carried out byforeign countries during and after the revolution. Since intelligence is an activity thatis secret in nature, it is very difficult for researchers to find resources in this field.Despite this negative situation, the roles and activities of foreign countries in theBolshevik Revolution and afterwards were analysed by making use of local andforeign sources as much as possible.Key Words: Bolshevik Revolution, Intelligence, Intelligence in Revolutions,Foreign Interventions, Intelligence Activities
