Güç ve politika ekseninde Avrupa Birliği-Rusya Federasyonu enerji ilişkileri ile oluşan jeo-enerji alanlarının Türkiye'nin enerji güvenliğine etkileri

Abstract

Bugün, enerji, hızla gelişen ve değişen dünyamızın şekillenmesindeki en önemli unsurlardan biri olarak yerini almış, uluslararası ilişkiler sisteminde ekonomik ve politik gelişmeye yön veren stratejik bir unsur haline gelmiştir. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmada, enerji konusuna boru hatları, güç ve politika ekseninde bakılarak, AB-RF enerji ilişkileri ile oluşan Jeo-enerji Alanları'nın Türkiye'nin enerji güvenliğine olası etkileri incelenmiş ve inceleme sonucunda elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilerek Türkiye'nin enerji politikasının gelişmesine katkı sağlanmaya çalışılmıştır.

Today energy has taken its place as one of the most important factors shaping our fast developing and changing world and become a strategic factor which steers the economical and political development in the international relations system. In this context, this study anayzes the effects of geo energy spaces formed by the energy affairs between EU and RF, to Turkey?s energy security through an evaluation of energy issue in terms of pipe lines, power and politics axis. As a result of the analysis, the findings are evaluated in order to contribute to Turkey?s energy policies.
