Diabetes mellitus'lu hastalarda serum HDL kolesterol seviyesinin incelenmesi

Abstract

- 70 ÖZET Bu çalışmamızda 68 diabetes mellitus'lu hastada ve 33 sağlıklı kontrolde serum HDL kolesterol seviyesini inceledik. Yaptığımız diğer yardımcı incelemeler ise Total Lipid, Total Kolesterol ve Trigliserid tayini idi. Serum HDL kolesterol seviyesindeki değişiklik hepsin den daha fazla olmuş ve Diabetes Mellitus'lu olguların %55,88' inde düşme görülmüştür. ' Kontrol grubu ile Diabetes Mellitus'lu hasta grubunun HDL kolesterol ortalama değerleri istatistik olarak karşılaş tırılmış ve diabetes mellitus'lu hastalarda HDL kolesterol seviyesindeki düşüş ileri derecede anlamlı bulunmuştur (p < 0,000001).

-71 - SUMMARY In this research we determined the HDL cholesterol values in sera of 68 patients with Diabetes Mellitus and 33 healthy controls. The other parameters utilized in this research were total lipid, total cholesterol and tfigliseride values. The difference in HDL cholesterol level was more than all of the other parameters. The HDL cholesterol has decreased in 55,88 % of the patients with riabetes Mellitus. The average HDL cholesterol values of the patients with Diabetes Mellitus and the healthy controls were compared statistically and it was found that the difference in HDL cholesterol level in patients with Diabetes Mellitus was highly significant (p < 0,000001).
