İnzisyonal ve residiv inguinal hernilerde sentetik mesh greft uygulaması

- 54 - SUMMARY In this research we are examined the use of syntethic mesh prothezis, in incisional hernies and in the inguinal hernies. Examined case number was 63, and 33 of them were men, 30 of them were women. In 19 cases syntethic mesh was aplied and in 44 cases other surgical methots were used. We were never observed any residives in the syntethic mesh aplied group. For this reason we adwise you to use syntethic mesh grefts in these cases.
