Serebral enfarktlı olgularda HDL kolesterol ve lipidemi değişikliklerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

- 33 - Z E T Çalışmamızda, Şişli Etfal Hastanesi Nöroloji Kliniği '- ne, serebral enfarkt nedeniyle 13.5.1985-22.12.1985 günleri arasında yatmış olgulardan 58' i kadın ve 42'si erkek olan, toplam 100 olgu çalışma grubu olarak seçildi. Bunları poli klinik müracaatı olan 5'i kadın ve 5'i erkek, toplam 10 nor mal olgu ile kıyasladık. Olgularımızı HDL kolesterol ile lipidemi, risk faktör leri, yaş, cins, prognoz yönünden inceledik ve sonuçları kı yasladık.

34 - S U W MARY We have evaluated one hundred patients with a clinical diagnosis of cerebral infarction who were hospitalized and treated in the Neurological Department of §işli Etfal Hospital between May 13th 1985 and Dec. 22nd 1985. These cases were compared with 10 patients who were followed in the outpatient clinic of the same institution. The criterias for evaluation were HDL-choles terol, Lipidemia, -risk factors, age, sex and prognosis. We compared our results with that of world literature.
