Doğu Anadolu Bölgesinin lojistik performansının belirlenmesi, Erzurum ili üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Tez çalışmasının kapsamı, Dünya'da ve Türkiye'de lojistik sektörünün yapısını, Doğu Anadolu'daki lojistik sektörün mevcut durumu ile Erzurum ilinin lojistik ve ulaştırma sektörüne ilişkin altyapı yatırımlarını, taşıma türlerini ve dış ticaret verilerinin analizinden oluşmaktadır. Tez çalışmasının amacı; Erzurum ilinde insan veya ürün taşımacılığında seyahat süresini kısaltan, tamamlanan ve yapımı devam eden lojistik sektör yatırımlarının dış ticarete olan katkısının araştırılmasıdır. Son yıllarda yapılan ve faaliyete geçen altyapı yatırımlarının lojistik sektörünün gelişimine katkı sağladığı gözlemlenmiştir. Fakat Erzurum ilinde lojistik sektörünün gelişmesine bağlı olarak dış ticaret hacminin de artacağı düşünülmekte olup çeşitli nedenlerden ötürü dış ticaret hacminin istenilen seviyede olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.Anahtar kelimeler: Lojistik, altyapı yatırımları, dış ticaret, dış ticaret hacmi

The scope of the thesis study consists of the structure of the logistics sector in theworld and in Turkey, the current situation of the logistics sector in Eastern Anatolia andthe infrastructure investments in the logistics and transportation sector of Erzurum, thetypes of transportation and the analysis of foreign trade data. The aim of the thesis studyis to discuss the contribution of logistics sector investments, which are completed andunder construction, to foreign trade, which shorten the travel time in the transportation ofpeople or products in the province of Erzurum. It was observed that the infrastructureinvestments made and put into operation in recent years have contributed to thedevelopment of the logistics sector. However, it is thought that the foreign trade volumewill increase depending on the development of the logistics sector in Erzurum province,and it was determined that the foreign trade volume is not at the desired level due tovarious reasons.Keywords: Logistics, infrastructure investments, foreign trade, foreign trade volume
