Abstract

Gelişen ve büyüyen bilgi toplumunda doğru ve güvenilir bilgi elde etmeihtiyacı gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Kanunların ve yaptırımların hızla değiştiğiülkemizde yöneticiler ve çalışanlar bu durum karşısında zorlanmaktadır. In a developing and growing Information Society, the need to obtain accurateand reliable information is increasing day by day. In our country, where laws andsanctions are changing rapidly, managers and employees are forced to face thissituation.
