Eskişehir'de doğal yayılış gösteren Thesium L. taksonları üzerinde biyosistematik araştırmalar

Abstract

Bu tezde biri endemik olmak üzere Eskişehir'de doğal yayılış gösteren üç Thesium türü (Thesium billardieri, Thesium procumbens, Thesium scabriflorum) üzerinde anatomik ve morfolojik çalışmalar yapılmıştır.Morfolojik çalışmalarda türlerin genel görünümleri incelenmiş olup, bitkilerin yaprak, meyve, çiçek gibi morfolojik kısımları ölçülmüştür.Anatomik çalışmalarda el ile jilet yardımıyla bitkinin gövde ve köklerinden enine kesitler, yapraklarından enine ve yüzeysel kesitler alınarak Zeiss Axiobserver Z1 markalı ışık mikroskobu ile incelenmiş ve görüntüleri alınmıştır.

In this thesis, anatomical and morphological studies were conducted on three species of Thesium (Thesium billardieri, Thesium procumbens, Thesium scabriflorum), one of which is endemic, showing natural distribution in Eskisehir.In morphological studies, the general appearance of species was examined and morphological parts of plants such as leaves, fruits, flowers were measured.In anatomical studies, transverse sections from the stem and roots of the plant, transverse and superficial sections from its leaves were taken with the help of a razor by hand and examined with a Zeiss Axiobserver Z1 branded light microscope and their images were taken.
