Görüntü işlemi ile hat sanatı türünün tanınması

Abstract

Hat sanatı ve türlerinin ortaya çıkışı tarih boyunca gerek sanat alanında gerekse mimarlık alanında büyük önem arz etmiştir. Bu konuda geçmişten günümüze değerli eserler ve yazılar bırakılmıştır. Tarihi yapıların kapı ve duvarlarında bulunan antik mimaride hat sanatı açıkça görülmekte ve bu tarihi yapılara ayrı bir güzellik kazandırmaktadır. Hat sanatının günümüzde önemi, teknolojinin ilerlemesi ve zamanla sanatseverler için özel bir yere sahip olmuştur. İslam ülkelerinde sanattaki gelişmeleri takiben bir çok hat sanatı türü ortaya çıkmıştır. Biz de tez çalışmamızda yaygın olarak kullanılan en önemli 6 hat türü (Nesih, Divani, Kufı, Süls, Muhakkak ve Talik) görüntü işlemi ve algoritmaları ile türlerin özellikleri ve tanımı değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada hat sanatının resimleri ve eskiden yazılmış önemli ustaların eserleri olmak üzere bazı türlerde veri setimize destek amaçlı ve en iyi sonuç ortaya çıkarmak amacı ile hazır generator kullanarak hat yazıları resimleri toplanıp veri tabanı oluşturulmuştur. Elde edilen veri tabanı 6 kategoride bulunan türlerimiz toplam 388 hat eseri ve görüntüsü içermektedir. Bu verilerden rastgele olarak seçilen resimlerin %75 modelin eğtimi için ayrılırken, %25 modelin testi için ayırılmıştır.Bu çalışmadaki destek yazılım sistemi tasarlayarak ve görüntü işlemi yöntemleri kullanarak 6 kategori üzerinde görüntü işlemi analizi ve modeli oluşturulmuştur. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda hat sanatı türlerinin tanımı için en iyi doğruluk yüzdesi (%90.03) olan yöntemler ve algoritmalar (Logistic Regression) tespit edilmiştir.Sonuç olarak, farklı aktivasyon ve optimizasyon yöntemleri kullanılarak derin görüntü işlemi ile hat sanatı görüntü verilerinin başarılı sınıf tahmini yapan bir sistem tasarımı yapılmıştır.

Calligraphy and the emergence of its types have been of great importance both in the field of art and in the field of architecture throughout history. In this regard, valuable works and writings have been left from the past to the present. The art of calligraphy is clearly seen in the ancient architecture on the doors and walls of historical buildings, giving these historical structures a distinct beauty. The importance of calligraphy today, the advancement of technology and over time has had a special place for art lovers. Following the developments in art in Islamic countries, many types of calligraphy have emerged. In our thesis, the 6 most important calligraphy types (Nesih, Divani, Kufi, Süls, Muhakkak and Talik) image processing and algorithms and the characteristics and definition of the types were evaluated. In this study, the images and pictures of calligraphy were collected and a database was created by using a ready generator to support our data set in some types, including the works and examples of important masters, in order to achieve the best results. The database created includes a total of 388 calligraphy works and images of our genres in 6 categories. While 75% of the randomly selected pictures from these data were reserved for the training of the model, 25% were reserved for the testing of the model.By designing the support software system in this study and using image processing methods, image processing analysis and model were created on 6 categories, and as a result of the studies, the methods and algorithms (Logistic Regression) with the best percentage of accuracy (90.03%) were determined for the definition of calligraphy types.As a result, a system design that makes successful class estimation of line art image data with deep image processing using different activation and optimization methods has been made.
