Ru(III), Cu(II) ve Mn(II) komplekslerinin sentezi ve transfer hidrojenasyon tepkimelerinde katalitik özelliklerinin incelenmesi

Abstract
Tez çalışmamızda 2,4-dihidrosibenzaldehit ile 2-amino-2-metilpropan-1,3-diol'ün reaksiyonundan (E)-4-(((1,3-dihidroksi-2-metilpropan-2-yl)imino)metil)benzen-1,3-diol Schiff baz ligandı sentezlendi. Ligand:metal oranları farklı olan (M1L, M2L, M3L, M4L, M5L, M6L, M7L, M8L ve M9L) metal kompleksleri sentezlendi. Ligandın yapısı 1H(13C)NMR, kütle, FTIR ve Uv-Vis metotlarıyla karakterize edilmiştir. Sentezlenen metal komplekslerini yapıları FT-IR, kütle ve UV-Vis spekstroskopileri ile karakterize edildi. Sentezlenen Cu(ll), Ru(lll) ve Mn(ll) metal kompleksleri katalizör olarak kullanılarak Asetofenon substratının trasfer hidrojenasyon aktivitesi incelendi. Ayrıca metal komplekslerinin E.coli, Salmonella typhimurium, S.aureus, bacillus cereus ve Candida albicans mikroorganizmalarına karşı antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri incelenmiştir. In thesis, the Schiff base ligand (E)-4-(((1,3-dihydroxy-2-methylpropan-2-yl)imino)methyl)benzene-1,3-diol was synthesized from the reaction of the 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and 2-amino-2-methylpropane-1,3-diol. Metal complexes with different ligand:metal ratios (M1L, M2L, M3L, M4L, M5L, M6L, M7L, M8L and M9L) were synthesized. The structure of the ligand was characterized by 1H(13C)NMR, mass, FTIR and Uv-Vis spectroscopic methods. The structures of the synthesized metal complexes were characterized by FT-IR, mass and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The transfer hydrogenation activity of the acetophenone substrate was investigated by using the synthesized Cu(II), Ru(III) and Mn(II) metal complexes as catalysts. In addition, antimicrobial activities of metal complexes against E.coli, Salmonella typhimurium, S.aureus, bacillus cereus and Candida albicans microorganisms were investigated.
