In the present study titled `Development Law and Administrative Rights ofEnforcement of Local Governments,` we focus on the local government's authorities andresponsibilities in the application of developmental enforcements and the government'sobservation of the concerned sanctions or enforcements.The study consists of three sections : Section One, the Concepts ofAdministrative Enforcements and Development Law; Section Two, AdministrativeEnforcements in Connection with Development Law; Section Three, the Supervision ofDevelopmental Enforcements.In Section One, I tried to define the concepts of enforcement, administrativeenforcements and wrote of the association of administrative enforcements withdevelopmental enforcements. In addition, I mentioned some basic notions concernedwith developmental enforcements and which governmental body has the right toimplement them.In Section Two, I gave detailed information on each of developmentalenforcements, verdicts of Supreme Court as well as the ways they are applied.In Section Three, examining the internal and external supervision activities of thebodies authorized to enforce developmental rules, I included the results achievedthroughout the research, and my thoughts on the more effective application ofdevelopmental enforcements and responsibilities of governing bodies and means ofprotecting those exposed to injustice in this connection
