Renklerin duygusal etkileri; fovizm ve ekspresyonizm

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında Avrupa'da 20. yüzyılın başında ortaya çıkmış çağdaş sanat akımları Ekspresyonizm veFovizm incelenmiştir. Modern akımlara temel oluşturan ekspresyonizmin ve fovizmin doğmasındakitoplumsal olgular, tarihçesi, gelişim süreçleri, düşünselliği ve sanatçıları araştırılmıştır. Zamanın ilkdönemlerinden günümüze değin insanlığı etkileyen renk, bu iki sanat akımında farklı noktaya ulaşmıştır.20. yüzyılda ressamlar arasında özgürce bir renk uygulanması görülmektedir. Avrupa resim sanatınınfovist ve ekspresyonist eğilimlere geçtiği dönemin düşünsel, biçimsel değişimleri belirtilerek, renközellikleri ve sanatçıları ile ilgili incelemeler yapılmıştır. Rengin duygusal etkileri ve sanattaki yeni önemianlatılmak istenirken, rengin kısa tarihi de incelenmiştir.Bu araştırmanın amacı, rengin sanat tarihi içindeki yolculuğuna bir giriş yapmak ve sanatçıların 20. y.y.'ınbaşından itibaren rengin duygusal etkilerini nasıl kullandığını göstermektir. Bu bağlamda rengin eskiçağlardan itibaren geçirdiği değişiklikler, fovizm ve ekspresyonizm sanat eserleriyle ele alınmış veincelenmiştir.

In this thesis, expressionism and fauvizm which emerged at the begining of 20th century were studied. Expressionism and fauvizm which are the base of the modern movements. In this context, social events, history, development process, intellectual and artist were researched. Color has effected humanity from ancient to today and has been reached to different point by these movements. In 20th century, color variation among the artists has been shown up. The period that European art started to turn into fauvist and expressionist art was examinated by explaining stylistic and intellectual features. In additıon the artists and colors of thesemovements were examinated. Emotional effect of color and its importance for art were expresses, also the short history of color was examinated. The aim of this research an introduction to a journey in art history and artists show to how the emotional effects of color use from the beginning of the 20 th century. In this context, from the ancient changes of colour, fauvism and expressionism have been addressed by art, and wereinvestigated.
