İlköğretim eğitim sisteminde kalabalık sınıfların yönetimi ve Esenyurt İlköğretim Okullarında bir araştırma

Abstract

Sınıf yönetimi egitim ve ögretim amacı ile bir araya gelmis insanlarınyönetilmesidir. Yani sınıfta herkesin hep beraber aynı sarkıyı söylemesidir. Buçalısmayla Türk Egitim Sistemindeki belli baslı sorunlardan `kalabalık sınıflar'sorununun irdelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır.Bu arastırmanın amacı; lkögretim okullarında görev yapan sınıfögretmenlerinin kalabalık sınıfların yönetiminde karsılastıkları sorunları belirlemek,bunların karsılasılma sıklıgı, önem derecesi ve bu sorunlarla basa çıkmak için hangiyöntemlerin kullanıldıgını saptamaktır.Bu amacı gerçeklestirmek için stanbul li Esenyurt lçesi evren olarakseçilmis ve burada görev yapan 414 ögretmen üzerinde anket uygulaması yapılmıstır.Anket ögretmenlerin kalabalık sınıf yönetiminde karsılastıkları sorunlar,bunların karsılasılma sıklıgı, önem derecesi ve bu sorunlarla basa çıkmak içinkullandıkları yöntemleri belirlemeye yönelik sorulardan olusmaktadır.Arastırmada veri toplama araçları ile elde edilen bilgilerin çözümlenmesi SPSS15 paket programı kullanılarak bilgisayar ortamında gerçeklestirilmistir. Anketingüvenilirliginin test edilmesinde Alfa Katsayısından (Coranbach Alfa) yararlanılmıstır.Ögretmenlerin kalabalık sınıf yönetiminde karsılastıkları sorunlaraverebilecekleri ikinci grup tepkiler; incelendiginde ögretmenlerin büyük çogunlugununögrencinin ailesiyle görüstügü anlasılmaktadır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Sınıf Yönetimi, Kalabalık Sınıf Yönetimi

Class administration is that the people coming together for the education andteaching purpose are administrated. That is, it is to say everybody sings the same songtogether. With this study, it is aimed to study the problem of ?crowded classes?, one ofthe main problems in Turkish Education System.The aim of this research is to determine the problems the class masters whowork in the primary schools meet in the administration of the crowded classrooms,state the confronted frequency with them, importance degree and which methods wereused in order to succeed in those problems.To realize this aim, Istanbul, Esenyurt District has been selected as pilot anda survey has been done on 414 teachers who work here.The survey consists of the questions concerned with the problems, the teachersmeet in the administration of the crowded classrooms, the confronted frequency withthem, the importance degree and the determination of the methods, the teachers usedto succeed in the problems.Analyzing the information taken with the collection means in the research hasbeen done in the computer media by using the SPSS 15 package program. On testingthe reliability of the survey, (Coranbach Alfa) from Alfa Factor has been used.When the second group responses the teachers made against the problems theymet in the crowded classroom administration have been studied, it is understood that themost of the teachers have met the family of the student.The keywords: The Class Administration, The Crowded Class Administration,
