17. yüzyıla ait harekeli bir eser: Kâdirî Muhyiddîn`in manzum Nasîhat-nâmesi (İnceleme-metin-sözlük-özel isimler dizini-tıpkıbasım)

Abstract

17. yüzyılda Osmanlı devlet yapısında ve sosyal hayatında görülen değişimlerin de etkisiyle nasîhatnâme türü eserlerin yazımında artış görülmüştür. Bu dönemde yazılan nasîhatnâmelerden biri de IV. Murat'a sunulmak üzere Kâdirî Muhyiddîn tarafından kaleme alınan manzum Nasîhat-nâme'dir.Eserde Osmanlı Devleti'nin askerî, adlî, siyasî ve sosyal alanda yozlaşması, devlet kurumlarının işleyişinde aksaklıkların görülmeye başlanması gibi konular işlenmektedir. Eserde işlenen bu konularla ilgili Sultan IV. Murat'a nasihat edilmekte olup Sultan IV. Murat'a devlet nizamında ıslahat yapmasının şart olduğu hatırlatılmaktadır. Bunun yanısıra eserde dinî-tasavvufî konulara da yer verilmiştir. Sade ve anlaşılır bir dil ile yazılan eserde Eski Türkçe, Eski Anadolu Türkçesi ve Türkiye Türkçesi ağızlarında kullanılan pek çok kelimeye rastlanmaktadır. Eser ses değişimleri açısından zengin örnekler içermektedir. Harekeli olan eser bu açıdan 17. yüzyıl söz varlığının düzlük-yuvarlak uyumunun tespitinde önemli bir rol üstlenmektedir. Bu çalışmayla eserin bilinen Milli Kütüphane nüshasına ek olarak bilinmeyen -biri tek ve eksiksiz nüshası olmak üzere- iki nüshasına daha ulaşılmıştır.Eser; giriş, Kâdirî Muhyiddîn'in hayatı ve Nasîhat-nâme'si, dil incelemesi, çeviri yazılı metin, sözlük, özel isimler dizini ve tıpkıbasımdan oluşmaktadır. Eserin giriş bölümünde 17. yüzyıl Osmanlı devletinin siyasî hayatı ve bu dönemde yazılan nasihatnâmelere değinilmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde Kâdirî Muhyiddîn'in hayatı ve Nasîhat-nâmesi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Çalışmanın dil incelemesi bölümünde eser ünlü ve ünsüz harflerin yazımı, ses ve şekil bilgisi açısından incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın sözlük bölümünde seçkiye dayalı sözlük hazırlanmıştır. Çalışmanın özel isimler dizininde eserde geçen özel isimler ve bunların geçtiği yerler verilmiştir. Çalışmanın metin bölümünde eserin Latin harfli çeviri yazısı yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuna eserin Topkapı Sarayı nüshasının tıpkıbasımı ilave edilmiştir.

In the 17th century due to the influence of changes in the structure of state and social life, an increasement has been seen in the writing of text of advice book types. One of the advice books is the in verse advice book that was written by Kadiri Muhyiddin to present Sultan Murat IV. The text generally treats that the Ottoman empire degenerated in the military, judiciary, politcal and social spheres, discruptions were observed in the functioning of government agencies. In many parts of the text, Sultan IV. Murat's name has been given and advised him and it has been remembered that it's necessary to reform the system of state. In addition to this, religious and sufistic topics have been mentioned in the text. In the text, written with a simple and understandable language, many archaic words that are used in Old Turkish, Old Anatolian Turkish and Turkey Turkish are encoutered. The text contains many rich samples in terms of sound changes. In this respect the text with vowel point plays a significiant role in the determination of harmony of vowel and round of vocabulary of the 17th Century.The text consists of introduction, the life of Kadiri Muhyiddin and his Advice book, language examination, the text of transcription, dictionary, proper nouns index ( person and gazetteer) and facsimile. Political life of 17th Century of Ottoman state and advice books written in this period have been mentioned. In the first part of the study, the information about the life of Kadiri Muhyiddin and his advice book has been given. In the language examination part of study, the text has been examined in terms of writing vowel and consonant letters, voice and morphology. In the dictionary part of study, the dictionary based on the selection has been prepared. In the proper nouns of index, the proper nouns mentioned in the text and the places where they passed are given. In the study of text part, the text's transcription of Latin characters has been made. The text's facsimile of Topkapı Palace's copy has been added at the end of study.
