Abstract

SUMMARY Subject of woman's rights is discussed by human beings beyond history. Women is neglected in all community before Islam is sent by Allah. This thesis deals with 'rights of women according to hadiths (traditions) of our Prophet (p.b.u.h.). In introduction of thesis it is investigated that topics: 'wowen according to Greeks and Romans, Christians, Jewishs' and 'stuation of woman in pre-islamic araps and in Islam'. First section of this thesis is dealing with 'rights of women in family'; second section is 'political rights of women'; third section is 'religious rights of women'; forth section is 'social rights of women'. We used as sources especially hadith litarute and Qur'anic verses and other helper sources. We aimed to give usually 'rights of womens some branches.'
