Okul idareci ve öğretmenlerinin okul rehberlik servisinin görevleri konusundaki bilinçlilik düzeyleri

Abstract

ÖZET Bu tez çalışmasının amacı ilk ve ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan okul idareci ve öğretmenlerinin okul rehberlik servisinin görevleri konusundaki bilinçlilik düzeylerini belirlemektir. Araştırma giriş, literatür taraması, yöntem, bulgular ve yorum, özet - sonuç ve öneriler olmak üzere beş bölümden oluşmuştur. Tezin giriş bölümünde, araştırmanın problemi, amacı, önemi, varsayımları, sınırlılıkları ve konuya ilişkin birtakım kavramların tanımları yer almıştır. İkinci bölümde, literatür taramasına yer verilmiştir. Yöntem kısmında, araştırma metoduna ilişkin bilgilere yer verilmiştir (Araştırmanın evren ve örneklemi, verilerin toplanması için yapılan çalışmalar, veri toplama araçlarının hazırlanıp uygulanması ve kullanılan istatistiksel teknikler vs.). Bulgular kısmında önce, deneklerin özelliklerine ilişkin bilgiler verilmiştir. Daha sonra okul yönetici ve öğretmenlerinin rehberlik servisinin görevleri konusundaki bilinçlilik düzeylerine ilişkin bulgular grafik ve tablolar aracılığıyla verilmiştir..

ABSTRACT The purpose of this thesis is to identify the conciousness level of the primary and secondary schools' administrator and teachers concerning theduties uf school guidance services. In the introduction of the thesis, the problem, aim, hypothesis and limitations of the study, and definitions of related concepts are given. In the second chapter, the literature review has taken place. In the methodology sections, information regarding the method of the resarch process is explained (The population and the sample, the method of oblaining data, the development and implementation of the research instruments, the statistical methods used etc.). In the findings section, first, data regarding the characteristics of the subjects of the study is given. Secondly the findings regarding the censciouness level of the school administrators and teachers concerning the duties of the school guidance service is presented via tables and graphics.
